Abstract: A hand pump cleaning brush is provided. In an implementation, a cleaning brush converts liquid cleaner in a reservoir to a lather of cleaning foam through mechanical action provided by the user. An example cleaning brush may include a handle connected to a removable bristle block. A liquid reservoir is contained within the handle and stores the liquid cleaner. The reservoir is connected to a piston driven pump and/or valve that produces foam, for example, by aeration with ambient air through a mesh. A finger trigger provides pumping force. In an implementation, the foaming pump or valve draws air and liquid cleaner into a chamber and dispenses these to the brush head through a fine mesh screen, which aerate the liquid cleaner into a foam at the brush head. A rotary locking device with a push button can allow the head to swivel on the handle.

Abstract: A drywall finishing apparatus includes a water reservoir connected to a water distribution element. The water distribution element applies water to a finishing pad. The finishing pad is designed to allow water to flow through and reconstitute already applied drywall mud. The reconstituted drywall mud can then be smoothed out with the finishing pad. The finishing pad creates a hydroplaning effect to glide over the drywall mud.

Abstract: A cover for the surrounding surface adjacent a sink is provided having a body formed of flexible material. The body is configured with an aperture sized to surround the sink and shield a user from contact with the surrounding surface and the surrounding surface from a communication of liquid from use of the sink. The cover may be modular and formed of multiple components or may be configured of a sheet of material which has removable portions to allow customization for positioning to an as used position surrounding the sink.

Abstract: A toilet flange cover system for temporarily covering a toilet flange and opening during periods of construction and remodeling when the toilet is not installed. A cover is fabricated of a rigid plastic material and formed with a generally circular shape. Diametrically opposed locking posts are integrated into the bottom of the cover having enlarged heads and can be removably received in the bolt slots for coupling the cover to a toilet flange when covering the opening and uncoupling from the toilet flange to facilitate accessing the opening. A handle aids in the coupling and uncoupling of the cover and a gasket is placed between the cover and flange to seal the opening when the cover is coupled to the toilet flange.

Abstract: A faucet structure and method for assembling same is disclosed. The structure includes an outer tube, flow guiding part and cap. The outer tube is provided with an assembling gap. The flow guiding part is provided within the outer tube, and with half shells. The first half shell is provided with supplying manifold passage(s) corresponded to the assembling gap, and a first assembling ramp facing the second half shell. The second half shell is provided with a second assembling ramp facing the first half shell and inclined oppositely to the first assembling ramp, and a first threaded connection portion facing one end opening of outer tube. The cap is in correspondence with the end opening, and provided with a second threaded connection portion corresponded to the first threaded connection portion. These threaded connection portions are engaged by threaded connection, while those half shells are pressed against a tube wall.
