The mixed solvent system includes a volatile solvent component, a non-volatile solvent component and a non-volatile solvent/plasticizer component in such relative amounts and with relation to the elastomer and pigment combination as achieves a balance between ink viscosity and thixotropy to provide good writing qualities.
