Abstract: A two-part tray apparatus that includes a base tray having a desk surface for drawing and writing and a food tray having four food compartments. A resilient bottom of the base tray may rest on a lap. The food tray is nestable into the base tray and is nonslideable relative to the base tray. The base tray includes a proximal side with no upwardly extending walls to make it easy for a child to write or draw on the desk surface. Strap units are included to anchor opposite ends of the tray apparatus or may be connected to each other to form a full length shoulder strap.

Abstract: A food preparation table includes a food item catchment system including a modular grate and catch pan arrangement positioned atop an upwardly facing surface of the table and including multiple catch pans, multiple frames and multiple grates, each of which is removable for cleaning of the upwardly facing surface and for cleaning of the catch pans, frames and grates.

Abstract: A dishwasher, in particular a household dishwasher, includes a washing compartment having a front access opening which is surrounded by a front frame. The front frame is open on a floor side and has lateral frame strips. A base support is arranged on the floor side and has bearing elements for support of the lateral frame strips. Each of the lateral frame strips of the front frame includes at least one hook element which encompasses the associated bearing element of the base support.

Abstract: An oven appliance includes a cabinet that defines a chamber. A pair of doors is rotatably mounted to provide selective access to the chamber of the cabinet. The pair of doors is connected with a linkage assembly such that the doors rotate open and closed simultaneously. The linkage assembly includes a spur gear that engages another gear of the linkage assembly. The spur gear can hinder unwanted rotation of the pair of doors or compress the pair of doors against a seal.

Abstract: An interconnected lock for use on a door, where the lock has adjustable offset spacing between a deadbolt and latchbolt. The lock includes first and second shafts for actuating the deadbolt lock mechanism, at different offset spacings. A linkage arm connected to and moveable by the latchbolt actuator is alternately connectable to rotate either the first or second deadbolt-actuating shaft. The linkage arm has first and second upper positions, for alternate connection to rotate the first and second deadbolt-actuating shafts, respectively. Upon operation of the interior actuator, the linkage arm moves the deadbolt along the second axis from the latched to the unlatched position at the same time that the operation of the interior actuator moves the latchbolt along the first axis from the latched to the unlatched position.

Abstract: The invention relates to a refrigerating device having a cooled goods compartment and a door. The cooled goods compartment is provided with a front frame that is made of a low heat-conducting material such as plastic or similar and is backed by a first magnet. A door seal that is fitted with a second magnet seals against the front frame in the closed position of the door. Opposite first poles of the two poles of each magnet face the contact area between the seal and the front frame while second poles face away from the contact area.

Abstract: A multifunctional storage device has a lower seat with a storage room, an upper mount pivotally connected to the lower seat, a bottom cover mounted on the lower seat, and an adjustable connecting assembly connecting the lower seat and the upper mount. The upper mount can cover the lower seat or can be opened to tilt relative to the lower seat and be held at a specific angle by the adjustable connecting assembly. When the multifunctional storage device is attached to a piece of furniture, the upper mount is flush with a platform of the furniture, such that articles can be placed on the upper mount and the platform of the furniture or be stored in the storage room. Accordingly, the furniture with the multifunctional storage device can have a basic function and multiple additional functions derived from the multifunctional storage device.

The rail includes at least one mounting structure that passes through an aperture in the liner panel. A bin has an arm extending from a rear surface of the bin. The bin is placed in a storage position. The arm is placed between the rail and the liner panel when the bin is placed in the storage position. Another example of the storage system and refrigeration appliance includes a foot extending from a rear surface of the bin. Yet another example includes interaction between a bin tab and a plurality of bumps on the rail to prevent side to side motion.

Abstract: A composite table top including a top plate having an outer and an inner surface, a bottom plate having a plurality of projections, each of the plurality of projections having a top defining a top surface. The composite table top has at least a pair of reinforcement inserts disposed at two opposite edges of the bottom plate. The sum of the top surfaces of the plurality of projections is 30%-70% of the upper surface of the bottom plate.

Abstract: A portable workstation assembly for coupling a computer desk to a table top includes a table unit that may be removably coupled to a horizontal support surface. A decorative member is connected to the flange of the cabinet. The decorative member defines a hollow that extends in a non-linear shape and terminates at a mouth. A bracket interconnects the cabinet and decorative member. The bracket includes a plate that overlies and is connected to the flange of the cabinet, and at least one wing that extends from the plate. The wing has a shape that substantially matches the non-linear shape of the hollow of the decorative member and nests in the hollow for interconnecting the flange of the cabinet and the decorative member.

Abstract: A rack and drawer system includes a tray having at least one glider mechanism and at least one rotation mechanism coupled to the side of the tray, wherein the at least one glider mechanism is operable to allow the tray to move back and forth along a glider mechanism axis, and wherein the tray is operable to rotate about the at least one rotation mechanism. In another embodiment, the rack system further includes at least one hinge mechanism coupled to a first end of the at least one glider mechanism, wherein the at least one hinge mechanism is operable to allow the tray to pivotally move relative to a pivot point.

Abstract: A pallet protector unitarily formed as a molded plastic part reinforces a wooden pallet. Its faceplate is nailed or screwed to the front and optionally the back face and side faces of the pallet. The protector has entry openings for the tines of a forklift and the openings are articulated into hollow collars that extend into the pallets inner regions. These collars provide a structure that accepts the weight and moment between the tines and the pallet and spread it across of the entire front of the pallet. RFID modules can also be included.

Abstract: A removable door for an electronic device. The door may include a spring plate having a first second surface, and a plurality of springs attached to a perimeter of the spring plate. The plurality of springs may engage a portion of an enclosure of the electronic device to retain at least the spring plate within an access opening formed in the enclosure. The door may also include a door cap covering the access opening formed in the enclosure. The door cap may include an interior surface connected to the first surface of the spring plate, and an exterior surface forming a portion of an outer surface of the enclosure. Additionally, the door may include a cover connected to the second surface of the spring plate. The cover may face an interior of the enclosure and separated from the door cap by the spring plate.

The table further includes a block-and-tackle assembly located within the passage. The block-and-tackle assembly couples the movable end of the spring to the pulley mechanism for transferring the force exerted by the spring over the first distance to vertical movement of the frame relative to the lower legs over a second distance greater than the first distance.

The folding tray can include one or more inserted surfaces overlapping at least a portion of the two symmetrical halves on one side of the folding tray. The inserted surfaces can be folded into the folding tray in a folded state. The inserted surfaces can be removable or include a plurality of stacked sheets that are individually removable. The folding tray can be used to isolate materials on the tray from contaminants under the tray, or protect a material beneath the tray from contaminants on the tray.
