Abstract: An apparatus for interlocking the connection handle of a module for a motor control center (MCC) engages a locking plate to prevent inadvertent motion of the connection handle. When the apparatus is not pressed, it allows the locking plate to fully engage the connection handle, preventing the connection handle from changing position. When the apparatus is in a first angular orientation, it may only be pressed into the module for a first depth. At the first depth, the apparatus engages the locking plate to allow the connection handle to transition between an off position and a test position. When the apparatus is rotated to a second angular orientation, it may be pressed into the module for a second depth. At the second depth, the apparatus causes the locking plate to disengage the connection handle, allowing the connection handle to be moved between any desired position.

A countertop installation device may include: a housing; a rim, extending outwards from the housing, the rim being connectable to a frame; a movable tongue arranged to move along a first axis of the shaft, and extend from the housing; and an adjustment screw configured to adjust the location of the movable tongue along a second axis. During installation of the device, the first axis may be the horizontal axis and the second axis may be the vertical axis.

The supporting structure in the frame and the supporting portion of the tray reduces connecting areas between the tray and the frame, the slide rails allowing easy movement of the trays, reducing metal and other debris generated over long usage of the facility.

The spring is under tension when connected between the retaining member of the plate and the module housing, pulling the retaining member toward the module housing. A biasing member which engages the housing of the MCC as the module is inserted is compressed toward the module during insertion. The spring pushes the biasing member outward after insertion, positively retaining the module to the MCC.

A bar is disposed on the door and contains a user interface that allows the user to purchase products. The bar also includes a handle that the user can grasp to open and close the door. The bar can rotate with respect to the door into an access position that improves maintenance access to the user interface and related components. In aspects, the bar and related components improve integration of self-serve functionality into existing product storage devices.
