Abstract: Classification and visualization of user interactions with an interactive computing platform is provided by building and providing a graphical user interface (GUI) of graphical elements for display on a display device. The graphical elements present (i) visualizations of user interactions between users and an interactive computing platform in progression of the users through tasks based on the user interactions and (ii) identified features of the user interactions relative to the tasks and progression of the users therethrough. The building and providing includes, for each of the tasks, building and providing a respective task element that reflects identified features of a set of user interactions of one or more users in progressing through that task. Building a task element for a task includes building the task element as a polygon having vertices corresponding to subtasks of the task and edges between the vertices.

Abstract: A cooking device is disclosed. The disclosed cooking device comprises: a driving device for cooking food to be cooked; an input device for receiving, from a user, a control command for a cooking operation of the cooking device; an imaging device for photographing the food to be cooked; and a processor for controlling the driving device such that a cooking operation corresponding to the inputted control command is performed, wherein the processor controls the imaging device such that the food to be cooked is photographed, analyzes each of a plurality of frames of the captured image so as to generate an edited image, and generates cooking content by using the edited image and the inputted control command.

Abstract: A terminal device and a program that can reduce the operation load at a construction site, are provided. The terminal device is configured to capture an image of a construction status of a device installed at a plurality of locations, the terminal device including an imaging unit configured to capture the image of an imaging target; an imaging instruction acquiring unit configured to acquire an imaging instruction given by a user to the imaging unit; a display unit configured to display candidates of each of a plurality of kinds of construction target information to be associated with the image that the user is to capture; and a selecting unit configured to select, according to the user's instruction, a candidate from among the candidates of each of the plurality of kinds of the construction target information displayed on the display unit, wherein when the candidate is selected at the selecting unit, a candidate linked to the selected candidate is displayed on the display unit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically updating user interfaces are disclosed. A system can identify a set of samples of a joint-probability distribution of a plurality of conditional events to occur during a live event, and provide a user interface for presentation at a computing device with user interface elements each indicating a respective conditional event. The system can receive a first selection of a first conditional event from the computing device, and dynamically generate, based on the set of samples and responsive to the first selection, a respective probability value for a combined selection of conditional events including the first conditional event and each other conditional event. The system can provide instructions to update the user interface to include a respective indicator corresponding to the respective probability value for each combined selection.

Abstract: A system and method for irrigation, and managing irrigation of, a property or landscape. The system may include an irrigation management server (“IMS”) with the information for an irrigation system. The system may access the irrigation system that has been input into the IMS as well as access a third party map that may display the irrigation system over the map. The system may provide for a user's GPS location to be accessed through and identify the location of the user with respect to the map and irrigation overlay. The system display may provide information regarding the landscape to a user. The system may allow for manipulation of the irrigation system while overlaid on the map by the creation and manipulation of zones within the irrigation system as well as the creation and manipulation of other commands, including watering times and watering duration.

Abstract: The present disclosure generally relates to retrieving and displaying contextually-relevant media content. In some embodiments, a device receives a request to display contextually-relevant media and, in response, displays a representation of a collection of media items relevant to a context of the device. In some embodiments, a device displays a visual media item of a sequence of items and, in response to receiving a swipe gesture, displays a detail user interface comprising related content for the media item. In some embodiments, a device, while displaying a first detail user interface, displays an affordance corresponding to a plurality of individuals identified as having attended a first event, that when selected, causes display of visual media corresponding to a plurality of events attended by the individuals. In some embodiments, a device, in response to user input, obtains an automatically-generated collection of visual media and displays a corresponding affordance.

Abstract: Certain embodiments include a method for assisting a clinician in performing a medical procedure on a patient using augmented reality guidance. The method can include obtaining a three-dimensional model of an anatomic part of the patient. The method can also include aligning the three-dimensional model with data to form augmented reality guidance for the medical procedure. In addition, the method can include presenting the augmented reality guidance to the clinician during the medical procedure using an augmented reality three-dimensional display.

Abstract: Various methods, apparatuses/systems, and media for automatic orchestration and scheduling of task processing are disclosed. A receiver receives user input from a user onto a user interface (UI). A processor accesses a database to verify role-based access control parameters corresponding to the user's access right; authenticates and authorizes access to the application based on a positive verification; translates the task processing request displayed on the UI of a user computing device into a corresponding action to be executed for completing the task; automatically schedules the action to be completed based on receiving scheduling data inputted onto the UI of the user computing device; automatically triggers a process to complete the task based on the scheduling data corresponding to the action; and automatically notifies a result of task completion data to the client computing device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for manipulating a graphical user interface (GUI) are described. The GUI is configured to show, to a user, a transition from displaying an inline card to displaying a corresponding snackbar. The system uses an overlay to seamlessly show the transition without requiring significant edits to most portions of the GUI. In various implementations, a system displays an inline card in a base layer of a GUI and receives an input associated with the inline card. In response to receiving the input, the system generates a transitional object in an overlay of the GUI (with the overlay displayed over the base layer), generates a snackbar in the base layer, adjusts the transitional object in the overlay from covering the inline card to covering where the snackbar is generated, and removes the transitional object from the GUI.

Abstract: A system for presenting slides during a live presentation is described. The system includes a processor configured to display a series of first thumbnails corresponding to a plurality of first slides of a main file and a series of second thumbnails corresponding to a plurality of second slides of an auxiliary file on a presenter view interface of a primary display device. The processor is configured to receive an input corresponding to a desired slide, indicate the desired slide on an indicative portion, and produce the desired slide on a viewing portion. One or more slides disposed in succession to the desired slide is sequentially producible on the viewing portion. Each slide of the one or more slides disposed in succession to a slide produced on the viewing portion is configured to be indicated on the indicative portion prior to being produced on the viewing portion.

Abstract: Provided is a system and method for generating a control menu in a child page of a software application which can control selections of records in a parent page from which the child page depends. In one example, the method may include navigating a display window from a parent view of a plurality of data records to a child view that includes details of a first data record in response to selection of the first data record via the parent view, displaying a control menu within the child view which comprises a plurality of values of a target data attribute for the plurality of data records, respectively, detecting, via the control menu, a selection of a value of a target data attribute of a second data record, and removing the details of the first data record and instantiating details of the second data record, in response.

Abstract: In a synchronization system that synchronizes files from multiple computing devices, the present invention provides a method for (1) displaying files from multiple computing devices in a multi-view user interface and (2) enabling content and file operations to be performed on such files through the user interface. The multi-view interface includes a file-system view and one or more media-specific views. In the file-system view files are organized in the same way in which they are organized on the devices on which they are stored. In the file-system view, users can perform file operations on files. In the media-specific view files are organized by media category. In one embodiment of the media-specific view, files are organized by metadata that relates to the files content. In the media-specific view, users can perform content operations on the files.

The processor is configured to: while the first image is displayed, control to output, on the display, a list including second medical images, wherein each of the second medical images is reconstructed by one of a plurality of medical images reconstruction techniques using image data of a first region in the first image; control to output, on the display, a manipulation menu item for manipulating at least one of the second medical images included in the list; based on a selection of the manipulation menu item corresponding to one of the second medical images, receive a manipulation input corresponding to the selected manipulation menu item; and update the second medical image corresponding to the selected manipulation menu item by applying the manipulation input.

The web server device can match the series of commands to a workflow associated with a particular type of action. The web server device can, based on the particular type of action, select a particular database device from which to obtain data for executing the particular type of action. The web server device can generate, using data obtained from the particular database device, information for a user interface that is displayable by the user device for guiding a user via the web page to input information needed for the particular type of action.

Abstract: A media recommendation system may score media items according to user recommendations, popularity, and/or recency. The scores may be weighted to produce an overall score for each media item. Media items may be added to a pool for a specific user, from which media items are selected for playback. The contents of the pool may be modified based upon user feedback and other data. The pool may be modified dynamically and/or in real time as media items are consumed or rated by the user.

Abstract: A cloud services composition system allows customers to interactively create service constructs from network function virtualization resources. The network function virtualization primitives are modeled using a standard modeling language. An expert system suggests network function virtualization resources for use in the service construct, based on an expert system learning algorithm. The customer uses a graphical user interface to interconnect the resources and create the service construct. The process may involve collaboration with the network provider. The resulting construct is validated for use in a communications network.
