  • Patent number: 10750785
Abstract: An aerosol-generating system is provided, including an aerosol-generating device including a heater element; an aerosol-generating article including a medicament source and a volatile delivery enhancing compound source; a bimetallic strip provided in the aerosol-generating device or the aerosol-generating article, the bimetallic strip including a first end in thermal contact with the heater element and a second end in thermal contact with the volatile delivery enhancing compound source, the bimetallic strip being configured so that heating the first end of the bimetallic strip above a predetermined temperature results in displacement of the first end of the bimetallic strip away from the heater element.

  • Patent number: 10736809
Abstract: Exoskeleton kinematic chain arranged to pivotally connect a first element to a second element, said first element comprising two pivot points A1 and B1 located at a distance A1B1, said second element comprising two pivot points A2 and B2 located at a distance A2B2. The exoskeleton kinematic chain comprises a first external link pivotally connected to the first element at the pivot point A1 and a first end link pivotally connected to the first external link at a pivot point D1, said pivot point D1 being located at a distance A1D1 by the pivot point A1. The exoskeleton kinematic chain comprises then a second external link pivotally connected to the second element at the pivot point A2, and a second end link pivotally connected to the second external link at a pivot point D2, said pivot point D2 being located at a distance A2D2 by the pivot point A2.

  • Patent number: 10682279
Abstract: There is provided a skin beauty device having a multi-filter type housing, wherein even if a fluid remaining on a skin is sucked from the skin beauty device, the sucked fluid is stored in an inner space of the housing and blocked from being transmitted to a suction motor side, and even if some fluid is transmitted to the suction motor side, the housing includes a plurality of filters to prevent the suction motor from being damaged by the suction of the fluid.

  • Patent number: 10569045
Abstract: An assembly for modifying airflow into a nasopharyngeal airway of a patient. A valve assembly is adapted to attach to an airflow generator. A solenoid including a piston is mounted exterior to a feed tube. A butterfly valve is within the feed tube at the inlet. A pin is within the piston, and a shaft of the butterfly valve is bent to connect to the pin such that the solenoid can drive the butterfly valve. An exhalation valve is within the feed tube at the outlet, the exhalation valve adapted to slide axially within the feed tube and incrementally cover the outlet. Upon rotation of the butterfly valve, the exhalation valve thereby slides towards the mask side, wherein upon activation of both the airflow generator and a controller circuit, pressurized air from the airflow generator continuously enters the feed tube but is converted to a single, repeatable burst or rush.
