Abstract: A facility for facilitating processes for acquiring intellectual property assets (“assets”) is described. In some embodiments, the facility enables an organization operating the facility to generate a budget for a proposed acquisition of assets. The organization may include multiple entities that are together interested in acquiring the assets. The entities may each provide values for the assets, either by applying rules that automatically attribute values to the assets, by having human analysts manually analyze the assets to estimate their values, or by some combination of these two techniques. The facility generates the budget based on the values determined for the assets. A person or team of people responsible for the proposed acquisition of assets can use the budget in negotiations to acquire the assets. If the assets are acquired, the facility can allocate acquisition and post-acquisition expenses among the entities on whose behalf the assets were acquired.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for a property management system that runs on a smartphone and allows users to identify and track information on one or more properties and to receive property updates from the server. Systems and methods are also disclosed that use the orientation of and images captured by a smartphone camera to identify a facet of an object and to determine its pitch.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a system and method of recycling of a pharmaceutical container system, which can include the container and closure for the container. The disclosure teaches a self-contained recycling system wherein the pharmaceutical containers that are made for consumer use are returned for processing and remanufacturing as new unused pharmaceutical containers to facilitate the ease of recycling of the same and the future use as unused pharmaceutical containers and viable consumer products.

Abstract: The present subject matter describes a method and a system for managing sustainable intellectual property (SIP) portfolio of an Enterprise, which comprises generating, by a processor, a sustainable intellectual property (IP) in atomicity of the Enterprise based on a set of sustainability differentiators. The sustainability differentiator is obtained, based on at least one of a strength parameter, a spread parameter, a duplicity parameter, and a difference parameter Further, a plurality of decomposed fragments of intellectual property landscapes are obtained by analyzing the sustainable IP in atomicity based on a plurality of intermediate datasets and data structures. The method further comprises creating a sustainable and optimized IP portfolio for the Enterprise by processing at least one of the sustainable IP in atomicity and the plurality of decomposed fragments based on optimization parameters and at least one multiple objective portfolio optimization function.
