Abstract: A package for ice cream, and a process of packaging the food product are disclosed. Particularly, a first structural layer has a cavity and a flexible second layer is inserted therein. A food product such as ice cream is then introduced into the flexible second layer, and in one modification the food product may be covered with a flexible third layer, before freezing the food product. The freezing process fractures the first structural layer while the second and third layers are preferably sealed about a perimeter.

Abstract: A capsule for the preparation of a beverage from a powdery or granular raw material comprises a body of polymeric material, provided with a seat suitable for containing the powdery or granular raw material. The seat has an opening provided with a top edge. The capsule is characterized in that it comprises a permeable foil provided on the top edge for closing the opening of the seat; and a first sealing foil provided on said permeable foil and suitable for being removed before using the capsule.

The whole pack is provided in a sealed bag that guarantees hygiene and preserves the properties of the tea, so that it does not go stale. The main advantage of said cup is that it also serves as a teapot, so that there is no need to wait in the establishment that supplies the tea, waiting for the beverage to be prepared.

Abstract: A method for packaging non-liquid food products, particularly those sensitive to oxygen, such as vegetables, in a container with a low oxygen content, the container including an opening. The method includes the following steps: the container is filled with the products, in a non-controlled atmosphere; the air is removed from the container by filling same to capacity with a liquid; the full container is placed in a non-oxidizing atmosphere formed by at least one non-oxidizing gas; the liquid is fully or partially emptied from the container in a non-oxidizing atmosphere while the food products are kept in the container, such that the at least one non-oxidizing gas replaces the liquid in the container; and the above-mentioned container opening is closed in a gas-tight manner in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Inner wall of the connector extends upwardly and downwardly to form buffer plates tightly fitted with inner walls of the upper shell and of the lower shell.
