Abstract: A device for incorporating a layer member in a face construction of a building which is capable of employing a soft or flexible layer member as well as a rigid one, improving operation efficiency, ensuring safe operation at a height, and readily and precisely positioning and fixing a layer member in a face construction. The device comprises a base element, a connecting element mounted on the base element and a holding element mounted through the connecting element on the base element, the base element being adapted to be held on a supporting member of a building and hold a layer member in cooperation with the connecting and holding elements. The device may include a mounting member mounted on the holding element.

Abstract: A roof window includes a glass unit and a sash member having an inner surface. The sash member is sized and positioned over a frame, wherein the inner surface of the sash is stacked over and is substantially in alignment with the inner surface of the frame. The window may also include a glass retaining member and shroud operatively connected to the retaining member. Still further, the roof window includes a compression frame gasket and interior gasket.

Abstract: An apparatus is disclosed for separating a portion of a wall that defines a raceway beneath a divider wall panel from the divider wall panel. The apparatus includes a swivel spacer leg seating member and a swivel spacer leg. A portion of the swivel spacer leg is offset, which allows a device such as an electric power distribution system to be mounted in the raceway with the spacer leg. The spacer leg seats in the swivel spacer leg seating member and swivels to allow the device to mounted in the raceway in a desired orientation.
