  • Patent number: 11373026
Abstract: The example embodiments are directed to a system and method for predicting a flow about an object through the use of a predictive model instead of a machine simulation. Traditional CFD simulations can take hours, even days. The example embodiments provide a predictive model that can predict a CFD flow in seconds which greatly improves design time. In one example, the method may include receiving input data comprising shape parameters of a geometric object and flow parameters associated with the geometric object, predicting, via execution of a predictive model, a computational fluid dynamic (CFD) flow about the geometric object based on the shape parameters and the flow parameters included in the input data, and outputting one or more attributes of the predicted CFD flow about the geometric object via a display device.

  • Patent number: 11352878
Abstract: Monitoring and diagnosing completion during hydraulic fracturing operations provides insights into the fracture geometry, inter-well frac hits and connectivity. Conventional monitoring methods (microseismic, borehole gauges, tracers, etc.) can provide a range of information about the stimulated rock volume but may often be limited in detail or clouded by uncertainty. Utilization of DAS as a fracture monitoring tool is growing, however most of the applications have been limited to acoustic frequency bands of the DAS recorded signal. Low-frequency Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) signal is used to constrain hydraulic fracture geometry. Events like fracture opening and closing, stress shadow creation and relaxation, ball seat and plug isolation can be clearly identified.

  • Patent number: 11270040
Abstract: Described in detail herein are simulation systems for a production environment and related methods of use. In one exemplary system a routing application receives a request associated with one or more physical objects. Based on the request, the routing application retrieves one or more simulation profiles from a database and forwards the request and the simulation profiles to a first computing system. The first computing system hosts a simulation environment and simultaneously executes a simulation of the request for each simulation profile in the simulation environment. The first computing system generates resultant data in response to executing each simulation that may be used to alter a production application for a production environment.

  • Patent number: 11270037
Abstract: A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product provide the ability to simulate a construction schedule. A first three-dimensional (3D) model and a schedule are acquired. The schedule includes activities for building the 3D model. Each of the activities is associated with model object(s) of the 3D model. A subset of the activities is selected based on properties of the activities. A first simulation appearance (of the model objects attached to the selected subset of activities) is defined. A second simulation appearance is defined for remaining/non-selected activities. The selected subset, the first simulation appearance, and the second simulation appearance are packaged into a playback profile that is capable of being applied to a second 3D model. A simulation of construction of the first 3D model (that is based on the playback profile) is played back.
