  • Patent number: 11343376
Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for robocall steering over voice-hosted traffic networks. The disclosed framework provides novel systems and methods for increasing the accuracy and efficiency in tracking, identifying, blocking and preventing robocalls and robocallers. The disclosed systems and methods provide mechanisms for identifying and removing unwanted voice traffic from networks. The disclosed systems and methods analyze voice traffic over a predetermined period of time (e.g., 1 day or 30 days, for example), and leverage this information into a “know your customer” (KYC) score. This score enables incoming calls to be routed, controlled and/or blocked as they are communicated over voice networks.

  • Patent number: 11343373
Abstract: The disclosed system identifies international calling performance issues of a wireless telecommunication network. The system receives network traffic data for international calls including information about call attempts to a country. The system categorizes the country into a major category and a minor category based on the call attempts information. For a subset of countries, and for each key performance indicator in a subset of selected key performance indicators, the system monitors performance using an anomaly detection model to identify an anomaly in network performance, determines an actual value of the key performance indicator for the detected anomaly, and computes a variation value of the determined actual value based on a predicted range of values. The system ranks countries using the computed variation values, to indicate problematic parts of the wireless telecommunication network.

  • Patent number: 11330099
Abstract: A system and method of providing caller identification (ID) over a public switched telephone network (PSTN). For outbound calls, the system and method enable a caller to provide a caller ID that differs from the native caller ID of their mobile phone. The system and method enable multiple phones tied to a single account to display the same caller ID for outbound calls. For forwarded inbound calls, such as calls being forwarded from an office, the system and method inform the recipient of the identification of the call as well as that the call is being forwarded. The system and method enable the recipient to have calls forwarded from more than one number and identify the identity of the caller as well as the specific number the call is being forwarded from.

  • Patent number: 11258896
Abstract: Embodiments include a system, method, and computer program product that authenticates a caller using calling party information. In an embodiment, an authentication device receives the call request and associated calling party information that includes a calling party number. The authentication device retrieves parameters associated with the calling party number, where a retrieved parameter is a number of accounts linked to the calling party number. The authentication device determines whether the number of accounts is between one and a threshold value, inclusive, and verifies that the call request originates from a location or a device associated with the calling party number. Based on the verifying and determining, the authentication device generates an authentication result that indicates whether the calling party number is authenticated.

  • Patent number: 11245791
Abstract: The disclosed system and method detect robocalls using biometric voice fingerprints. The system receives audio input representing a plurality of telephone calls. For at least a portion of the telephone calls, the system analyzes the received audio based on a voice biometrics detection model to identify one or more biometric indicators characterizing a speaker in the analyzed telephone call. The system generates and stores a voice fingerprint characterizing the speaker based on the biometric indicators, and a time of the analyzed telephone call. The system analyzes stored voice fingerprints and times corresponding to speakers in the analyzed telephone calls to determine a frequency of occurrence of each voice fingerprint within an analyzed timeframe. If the frequency of occurrence of a voice fingerprint exceeds a threshold call quantity within the analyzed timeframe, the voice fingerprint is characterized as being associated with a robocaller.
