Abstract: A ballpoint pen tip comprises: a ball having a diameter of 0.5 mm or less; and a tip body, wherein the tip body has a ball holding chamber, a rear hole, an ink flow hole, and an ink flow groove opening to the ball holding chamber, and not reaching the rear hole. A ratio of an ink consumption per 100 m of handwriting to a diameter of the ball is 200 mg/mm or more and 800 mg/mm or less, and when a front end of the ink flow groove is set as a start point and a position of 0.3 mm rearward from the front end of the ink flow hole is set as an end point, a volume of a first space in the ink flow hole and the ink flow groove from the start point to the end point is 0.02 mm3 or more.

The system comprises at least one round plate (1) mounted on a supporting platform, at least one ink reservoir (2) adapted to store ink and positioned at the center of the round plate (1) and one entry hole (3) on the ink reservoir (2) adapted to hold a nib of a marker (6). The round plate (1) of the system is mounted on a motor adapted to rotate the round plate (1) at high speed in a circular motion to dispense ink from the ink reservoir (2) by centrifugal force via the entry hole (3) to refill the marker (6) through the nib.

The cosmetic applicator includes an applicator head having an applying member and a shank portion. The applying member includes a stiffness modifying portion to modify the resistance of the applying member to deflection in a transverse direction. In one embodiment the applying member comprises a first application face and a second application face. The stiffness modifying portion comprises a hinge formed between the shank portion and the applying member. The hinge is limited to a single zone in a circumference of the applicator head to provide flexibility to the applying member giving user the feeling that the applying member is very soft and resilient. According to another embodiment the applying member comprises a planar spatula member with a first face and an opposite second face.
