Each of the fiber sensors is disposed on a central portion of the substrate and on both ends of the substrate. The fiber sensors that are respectively disposed in the central portion and end portions of the mat can sense the user's breathing, tossing and turning, and the like regardless of the user's posture. Accordingly, the user's sleep can be analyzed regardless of the user's posture.
