The method receiving a request for endpoint data, and, in response to receiving the request, determining whether one or more directories, among a plurality of directories, can provide the endpoint data requested in the request. The method also includes identifying at least one directory, among the directories determined to be able to provide the endpoint data requested in the request, as a selection for providing the endpoint data, and obtaining the endpoint data from the at least one directory identified in the identifying. In one example embodiment, the endpoint data includes an account number of a payee account and a routing number of a payee entity. A payment message or a request for payment message can be routed using the obtained endpoint data.

The method, when implemented in a computer system, includes determining a change deposit amount, determining account information (the account information identifying an account), and initiating a deposit operation, where the deposit operation includes performing an electronic deposit of the change deposit amount to the account. The determining is performed by a digital change application that is installed in a mobile device. The digital change application is configured to initiate the electronic deposit of the change deposit amount to the account.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed with respect to using a blockchain for managing the subrogation claim process related to a vehicle accident, in particular, utilizing historical data related to a vehicle or vehicle collisions as part of the subrogation process. An exemplary embodiment may include receiving historical sensor data, such as image, audio, telematics, and/or autonomous vehicle data, associated with a past vehicle collision; inputting the historical sensor data into a machine learning program to determine data relevant to a past vehicle collision; receiving current sensor data associated with a current vehicle collision; inputting the current sensor data into the machine learning program to determine data relevant to the current vehicle collision; and determining a percentage of fault of the vehicle collision for one or more autonomous vehicles, autonomous vehicle systems, and/or drivers based upon, at least in part, analysis of the historical sensor data and the current sensor data.

One exemplary method includes receiving, by a computing device, via a first wireless connection, a credential from a mobile device where the credential is specific to an account associated with the mobile device. The method also includes determining an identifier of the mobile device, compiling an authorization request for the network transaction, where the authorization request includes the identifier and the credential, and transmitting the authorization request to a first party for authorization. Abstract: Described herein are methods and systems for enhancing security of transaction requests from POS terminals by utilizing ANI-DNIS information. The header of the transaction request can include automatic source information (“ASI”), which can be extracted from the header by the line handler. The ASI information can be provided to the front end interface, which can compare the ASI information with known customer information. The comparison can provide information indicating whether the transaction is legitimate or fraudulent. If fraudulent, the transaction request can be declined. The ASI information can further be stored in a security analysis database and further queried to identify larger threats including denial of service attacks.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems and methods for prevention of manipulation and gaming in electronic intraday auctions. The system includes using at least one processing device for obtaining orders related to an asset from an electronic trading system. The system includes using at least one processing device for identifying a value for the asset to be used during an intraday auction involving the asset. The identified value is based on a detected order cross within the orders. The value is identified and set prior to the intraday auction. The value is located within a best bid and best offer spread (BBO) band. The system includes using at least one processing device for initiating the intraday auction involving the asset based on the identified and set value and the detected order cross. Changes to the BBO band during the intraday auction do not affect the identified and set value.

Abstract: A system and method of providing real time account information for financial accounts is disclosed. The system includes an event based architecture including an event stream. Financial transaction processing systems publish transaction events to the event stream. A transaction service listening to the event stream detects new transaction events. The transaction service takes action to enrich transaction data. A middleware system reconciles existing transactions and persists transaction records in long term storage. Prior to closing financial accounts, the system can retrieve a list of all scheduled and pending transactions and request that these transactions are canceled before closing the account.

Abstract: A secure electronic system for storing and managing receipt and releasing of electronic documents, such as cryptocurrencies, digital currencies, tokens, and smart contracts, includes a platform server, a secure computer, and a non-IP protocol for communication between the secure computer and the platform server. The secure computer includes a plurality of cold memory modules and at least one hot memory module. The secure computer powers up and makes hot one or more of the plurality of the cold memory modules upon detecting and empty condition or a full condition. The secure computer includes a rate limiter that restricts releasing of hot electronic documents, such as cryptocurrencies, digital currencies, tokens, and smart contracts, stored in the at least one hot memory module. The non-IP protocol is known only to authorized administrators or operators of the secure electronic system. The secure computer provides access to the platform server only through the non-IP protocol.

Abstract: A shared ledger operated by a group of network participants according to a set of consensus rules manages and resolves subrogation claims between a clamant and a defendant with arbitration. Evidence regarding the value of the subrogation claim is sent to the shared ledger by the parties to the subrogation claim, such as sending data to a smart contract deployed on the shared ledger. The parties to the claim may request arbitration, especially after attempts to settle the claim on-chain between the two parties have failed. An arbitrator may request evidence from the parties and/or request responses from the parties to accept damages calculations and/or settlement offers. Once the claim is resolved, the arbitrator may release funds on the chain to the prevailing party or may accept confirmation that any payments have been made between the parties off-chain.

Abstract: A system includes an administration tool circuit structured to store a list of enrolled services for a mobile wallet application, store a user account corresponding to an end user of the mobile wallet application, provide a portal structured to allow an administrator to input a command to assign a subset of the enrolled services to the user account, and generate a customized mobile wallet for the user based on the user account. The customized mobile wallet provides access to the subset of the available services. The system also includes a mobile wallet circuit communicably and operably coupled to the administration tool circuit and structured to receive the customized mobile wallet from the administration tool circuit, receive a request from the user device to access a first service of the customized mobile wallet, and provide the first service at the user device via the customized mobile wallet.

Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for identifying and blocking repetitive submissions from a fraudster or unscrupulous merchant/acquirer to a card-issuer for the same financial transaction. A communications network is monitored for financial transaction requests and responses being communicated between the fraudster or unscrupulous merchant/acquirer and the card-issuer. The requests are analyzed to identify a pattern in a subset of the requests which the card-issuer has declined. The pattern identifies the subset of the requests as repetitive submissions from the merchant/acquirer for the same financial transaction. The pattern may be based on the number of requests from the same merchant/acquirer, the same card number, the same reason code for declining the requests, the same transaction amount, and being received within a particular time period. The next submission for the same transaction is blocked from reaching the card-issuer.

Abstract: This application relates generally to secure machine to machine transactions and, more particularly, relates to systems and methods to for secure transactions based on biometric reading data over a magnetic interface. In an embodiment, a method performed by a user device includes: generating a session key in response to initiating a transaction; collecting biometric reading data associated with the transaction; converting the biometric reading data into a biometric code; generating a user payload based on the biometric code and the session key; transmitting the user payload via a magnetic transmitter; and transmitting the session key via a network connection separate from the magnetic transmitter.

Abstract: Controlling communications between arrangements of computing systems improves letter of credit (“LC”) administration, speed, flexibility, and reach. The computing systems can be operated by an Applicant, Issuer, Custody Bank, and Beneficiary. LC improvements are achieved by the Applicant computing system making a LC request to the Issuer computing system, which obtains a hold on non-cash collateral and provides the hold to the Custody Bank computing system, designating the Custody Bank as both nominated person and paying agent. The Custody Bank computing system obtains a hold on the collateral, using it to immediately act on Beneficiary payment requests in kind of the collateral. Under these arrangements, the LC is capable of immediate payment and automated amendments to Stated Amounts to rebalance capacity amongst Beneficiaries of the Applicant, the LC Stated Amount and collateral values are always equal, and the LC is less susceptible to payment interference, automatic stays, and double payment.
