Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and computer-readable media related to mobile device purchase flows. In some embodiments, a mobile device may obtain a uniform resource identifier (URI). The mobile device may launch a browser based at least in part on the URI. The mobile device may submit a first set of data to a server based at least in part on the URI and receive a re-direct URI. The mobile device may launch an application in response to receiving the re-direct URI from the server, wherein the application submits a second set of data to the server. The mobile device may facilitate completion of a transaction by the application based at least in part on matching the first set of data and the second set of data at the server.

Abstract: A computerized method produces an identity code to identify each subject stored in the computer systems connected to a computer network while protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the subject. A central computer system receives an identity code of a suspect of a financial crime and sends the identity code to all computer systems connected to the computer network. The computer systems that have the matched identity code send the requested information to the central computer system. As a result, law enforcement organizations can eliminate crimes and financial institutions can recover the money stolen from them. In addition, law enforcement organizations and financial institutions can identify money launderers that are missed by their anti-money laundering transactional monitoring systems.

Abstract: A method employs consumer permissioned financial data to generate an updated credit score following a consumer authorization to access to at least one demand deposit account of the consumer for use in generating the credit score for the consumer. The consumer permissioned financial data may be sourced from any one of a plurality of aggregators where the aggregators employ different data structures for the financial data. The financial data is processed to automatically normalize the data received from an aggregator by applying a common classification system across the plurality of aggregators to classify a first set of data fields; and automatically, regardless of whether an updated credit score is advantageous for the consumer and independent of any further consumer permission, generating the updated credit score using a combination of credit file data for the consumer and the financial data received from the aggregator.

Abstract: A method for determining vehicle insurance costs includes receiving a starting location and a destination location for a trip using a vehicle. One or more routes for the vehicle from the starting location to the destination location are received. A cost of insurance is determined for each of the one or more routes for the trip. The cost of insurance for each of the one or more routes for the trip is displayed. A selected route from the one or more routes is received. Operation of the vehicle for the trip is enabled along the selected route.

The registration unit registers the object as the payment target product upon receiving an input indicating that the object should be registered, and does not register the object as the payment target product upon receiving an input indicating that the object should be excluded from the payment target products.

Abstract: Systems and methods disclosed herein securely provide confidential information associated with a user during an active voice call conducted using the user's mobile device. The confidential information may be provided by generating the information in spoken form and inserting the spoken information into an audio stream of the voice call. For example, a customer may be on a phone call with a customer agent. The customer agent may ask the customer for a credit card number in order to process a financial transaction. The customer may select the credit card number via an application executing on the customer's mobile phone. The application may cause the credit card number to be spoken out loud during the voice call. A voice sample of the spoken credit card number in inserted into the audio stream of the voice call and is therefore, audible to the customer and the customer agent without being overheard by a third party.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a securities transaction system includes a ledger storing securities balances of security assets managed by a payment service and owned by users of the payment service. The securities balances relate to securities purchased on from a securities exchange system. The securities transaction system includes processors for executing instructions executable to send, to a mobile wallet application associated with the payment service, information regarding one or more of the security assets managed by the payment service; receive, from the mobile wallet application, a purchase request to acquire an amount of one of the security assets; update, via the ledger, the securities balances to reflect amounts of security assets respectively managed by the payment service and owned by the user based on the purchase request; and initiate one or more transactions from the securities exchange system to maintain a specified level of the security asset.

Abstract: A computerized method verifies an issued check. The method verifies that the first check information matches second check information. The first and second checking information includes first and second routing numbers, first and second account numbers, first and second check numbers, and first and second dollar amounts associated with an issued check and received check, respectively. The method sends to a computer system of a payee financial institution in response to verifying the first check information matches the second check information, a verification message indicating that the first check information matches the second check information. The method also receives an indicator from the payer financial institution after the issued check has cleared in the payer financial institution; and informs the payee financial institution after the issued check has cleared.

Abstract: A communication system enabling a first wireless subscriber in need of an instant credit line to use a creditee module on a portable wireless communication device to request credit from a second subscriber that has available credit at a financial institution. The second subscriber uses a creditor module on their device to generate rules for the extension of a credit line guaranteed by the financial institution of the second subscriber. If the rules are met, a credit authorization code is generated by the system and forwarded to the creditee module of the first subscriber's device such that the code can be subsequently used to complete a transaction initiated by the first subscriber to pay a vendor. The vendor may then employ a vendor's module to access the issued credit as prescribed by the creditor module.

Abstract: A method of determining a position of a mobile device in a vehicle during a drive includes measuring at least one first acceleration magnitude of the mobile device in a gravity direction with at least one sensor of the mobile device, measuring at least one second acceleration magnitude of the mobile device in the gravity direction with the at least one sensor of the mobile device, the at least one second acceleration magnitude separated in time from the at least one first acceleration magnitude, comparing the at least one first acceleration magnitude with the at least one second acceleration magnitude, and based on a result of the comparing, predicting the position of the mobile device in the vehicle.

Abstract: A first inspection of insured property is performed to detect hazardous conditions related to the insured property. This first inspection is performed using a first set of imagery data received from one or more imagery data sources. One or more preventive measures are recommended to address the detected hazardous conditions based on analysis of the first set of imagery data. A second inspection is performed using a second set of imagery data received from the imagery data sources. The second inspection is performed to verify that recommended preventive measures have been taken. The first and second sets of imagery data may contain satellite and aerial imagery. The imagery data sources may provide information such as an image of an insured property's roof, an image of a terrain surrounding the insured property, or any other aerial images.

Abstract: A portal to provide user interfaces to users to access and/or purchase account features in connection with websites of issuers. The user interfaces have white label configurability that allows the issuers to customize the labeling of the user interfaces such that the user interfaces can be perceived as part of the websites of the issuers of the consumer accounts of the respective users. The user interfaces are configured to present, in a user friendly way, the account features currently in the consumer accounts, as well as optional account features that can be purchased at additional costs.

Abstract: Computer system security and efficiency of processing operations may be improved using techniques that are described relating to analyzing user actions based on time of day of occurrence, and using time of a day as a factor in determining whether a particular action should be allowed or disallowed. Past action times can be transformed to a two-dimensional representation using a radial time schema that avoids discontinuity. A probability distribution can indicate a likelihood of whether a new action fits a previous pattern. If a new user action is relatively unlikely due to time of day, the new user action might be denied/prevented from completing, thus enhancing computer system security and avoiding unnecessary computational processing costs.

Abstract: An insurance policy management computing system (201) stores a legally-binding insurance policy as a read-only document including the complete policy history. To facilitate revisions to the policy, the computing system (201) provides an opportunity (202) to revise an insurance policy and recalls (203) the currently legally-binding insurance policy. Since the legally-binding insurance policy is a read-only document, the computing system (201) uses the legally-binding policy to generate an editable version that is a complete copy of the legally-binding policy. Once the editable version of the insurance policy has been generated, the input revisions can be incorporated into the policy and then, the revised version of the insurance policy is saved as a read-only, now-current version of the insurance policy. The new legally-binding insurance policy has a new creation and effective dates of the various policy elements.

Abstract: Systems and methods for tracking and managing the transfer of renewable energy and credits associated with the renewable energy are disclosed, particularly in the context of a V2G framework. A server may receive information about an electric vehicle's charging and discharging states. When the electric vehicle is known to have obtained a charge from a renewable source, the transfer of any energy associated with that charge to a recipient may also trigger the transfer of renewable energy credits (RECs) to the recipient. The server maintains an accounting of the movement of RECs, and may also facilitate compensation to electric vehicle owners for their return of clean energy to a third party.
