  • Patent number: 11266866
Abstract: The portable exercise device is a physical training device. The portable exercise device is an elastic structure that generates a counterforce used to exercise muscles. The portable exercise device comprises a plurality of resistance bands, a plurality of supporting bars, and a plurality of carabiners. The plurality of carabiners attaches the plurality of resistance bands to the plurality of supporting bars. Each of the plurality of supporting bars is a rigid structure to which the plurality of resistance bands anchors. The plurality of supporting bars are manipulated to apply deformation forces to the plurality of resistance bands during the use of the portable exercise device. The plurality of resistance bands generates the counterforce used to exercise muscles as each of the plurality of resistance bands returns to the relaxed shape.

  • Patent number: 11229819
Abstract: A dumbbell system a plurality of weights vertically stackable on top of each other and each of the weights has a pair of outer edges disposed oppositely from each other to define a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The weights each have a centrally displaced opening vertically extending therethrough and defining a receiving space. The receiving space of each weight is vertically aligned with the receiving space of each of the other weights. A handle is removably extendable into the receiving space. A coupler releasably engages a selected one of the weights to the handle and defines a coupled weight. The coupled weight and each of the weights positioned above the coupled weight is releasably secured to the handle. • Patent number: 11219795
Abstract: The invention discloses an electronically controlled adjustable dumbbell comprising a handle grip, a weight stack, a base, an end cover, an electronic control system and a weight stack locking structure, wherein the weight stack is located below the handle grip. The invention solves the existing problems of adjustable dumbbells as follows: firstly, the operation is so complicated and cumbersome that it is quite difficult to adjust the weight in one try, and the novice who is new to the adjustable dumbbells cannot quickly adjust the weight plate; secondly, visually the product looks too complicated since the number that needs to be adjusted is printed on the cylindrical surface, and half of the numbers on the handle surface are located below the handle grip, which is difficult to see by the user; thirdly, the lack of modernity and inadequate aesthetics hinders product sales and makes it difficult to make profit quickly.

  • Patent number: 11213717
Abstract: A power rowing machine that combines the seat of a rowing machine with a weight arm for resistance training. The power rowing machine avoids the flywheel of a conventional rowing machine and instead uses a weight arm. The weight arm serves two purposes. First, weight can be added to the arm for progressive resistance training. Second, the pivoting action varies the resistance through the movement. As a slow controlled resistance exercise the back and the arms of the rowing stroke cannot move the same resistance as the legs. Similarly, a user at the beginning of the rowing motion, with the legs compressed, cannot move as much resistance as with knees at a 90-degree angle.

  • Patent number: 11179591
Abstract: A weight sled that allows both linear and non-linear movements such that resistance training can be performed in the frontal, sagittal, and combined frontal/sagittal planes, and which allows easy movement for transportation, storage, and retrieval from storage. The weight sled uses one or more swiveling, pivoting, or omni-directional wheels that allow all or a portion of the sled to be moved laterally. The addition of wheel configurations allowing of lateral movement of all of, or a portion of, the weight sled greatly expands the utility of weight sleds because movement in any direction can be trained, whether in the sagittal body plane (forward/backward movements), the frontal body plane (lateral movements), or a combination of the two. Additionally, the plurality of wheel configurations allows for a variety of storage arrangements.

  • Patent number: 11173344
Abstract: A variable difficulty balance board for standing desk and fitness use is provided. The balance board facilitates the conditioning and rehabilitation of the nerves, bones, muscles, and joints of the body by limiting the range of motion and biomechanical forces around the longitudinal and lateral axes. The balance board comprises a deck, a fulcrum receiver, and a fulcrum insert. The fulcrum insert is press-fit into a fulcrum cavity of the fulcrum receiver. The fulcrum insert extends outward from the fulcrum receiver and provides an area where the balance board can pivot. The fulcrum insert may be replaced by the user such that it may occupy either a first orientation or a second orientation within the fulcrum cavity. The first orientation and the second orientation configures the fulcrum insert such that it provides a lateral or longitudinal axis of balance relative to the deck, respectively.
