When the orientation control unit is energized, the magnetic bars are rotated and arranged regularly forming an oriented slit perpendicular to the oriented slit of the opposite polarizer, so that the region corresponding to the camera is in an opaque state. When the orientation control unit is not energized, the magnetic bars are arranged disorderly and not perpendicular to the oriented slit of the opposite polarizer, so that the region corresponding to the camera is in a light-transmitting state.
