  • Patent number: 11375037
Abstract: Embodiments as disclosed provide a distributed caching solution that improve the performance and functionality of a content management platform for sites that are physically or logically remote from the primary site of the content management platform. In particular, according to embodiments, a remote cache server may be associated with a remote site to store local copies of documents that are managed by the primary content management platform. Periodically, a portion of the remote site's cache may be synchronized with the content management platform's primary site using an extensible architecture to ensure that content at the remote cache server is current.

  • Patent number: 11366785
Abstract: A database command replacer intercepts database commands to one or more database servers, extracts the database command and defined parameters within the command, and determines if the database command is defined in the list of commands subject to replacement; if not, the command is passed through to the destination database server. If the database command is in the list of commands subject to replacement, the replacement command is retrieved, the mapped parameter values are incorporated into the replacement command, the replacement command is transmitted to the destination database server, and the resultant information is relayed back to the origination program. No changes are required to either the client or server software in existing client/server database arrangements.

  • Patent number: 11368366
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide for group policy object (GPO) update compliance. A method for GPO update compliance includes selecting both a compliance update and also a computing system as an endpoint targeted for receiving the compliance update, directing execution of a remediation process that applies the compliance update onto the selected endpoint and performing a re-scan of the selected endpoint subsequent to the execution of the remediation process. The method further includes executing a GPO update within a threshold period of time after the re-scan and repeating the re-scan after the GPO update and then comparing a log produced by the repeated re-scan after the GPO update with a log produced by the re-scan before the GPO update, detecting an out-of-compliance update in the comparison and responding to the out-of-compliance update by directing a repair of the out-of-compliance update using a domain login for the selected endpoint.

  • Patent number: 11362908
Abstract: Disclosed communication flow modeling solution is significantly streamlined in a user friendly way to shield users from the technical complexities usually required. At design time, an orchestration flow modeling application receives user instruction to open or create a communication flow modeling project. Per configuration specific to an enterprise associated with the user, a custom drag-and-drop communication flow modeling environment with a canvas and modeling entities is provided. Responsive to the user dragging and dropping a set of modeling entities from the menu onto the communication flow modeling canvas and drawing connections between them, the orchestration flow modeling application logically connects the modeling entities to form a valid communication flow and stores it in a database. The communication flow undergoes an approval process. Once approved, it is activated for execution by an orchestration server.

  • Patent number: 11349914
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for communication with and management of datacenters, such as cloud datacenters employing multiple servers. A control server may identify one or more networks to be searched in a plurality of datacenters. The control server may identify a user request to execute the search for the networks in the plurality of datacenters. Based on the user request, the control server may generate a plurality of requests that request network data from the plurality of datacenters. The control server may transmit the plurality of requests to the plurality of datacenters. The control server may determine if a response to the requests is received. The response may include network data identifying one or more networks a datacenter supports. The control server may determine if the supported networks match the identified networks, and may provide status for display based on the determination.

  • Patent number: 11343308
Abstract: An example system may include a first rack including a first access node and a second rack including a second access node and a storage node. The first and second racks are included within a multi-rack distributed storage system. The first access node is configured to receive over a connection with a client a first request for an object data. The connection with the client is uniquely identified by a connection ID independent of source and destination addresses and ports. The first access node is further configured to determine object data locality details of the object data and relocate the connection to the second access node in the second rack when the object data locality details of the object data indicate the object data is located within the second rack.

  • Patent number: 11343346
Abstract: A computerized-method for providing real-time lockless parallel screen recording compliance enforcement to omni-channel cloud systems, is provided herein. In a processor of a client computer configured to execute code for recording events of one or more voice or digital interactions, on one or more screens associated to the client computer, the computerized-method maintains a cache for storing a masked state. Each interaction is having an associated interaction identifier and upon receiving a screen event from a server of a cloud-based video recording that is communicating with the client computer over a communication network, operating a compliance-enforcement module. The compliance-enforcement module includes updating the cache; and operating a module of recording of screen events for the screen events of the one or more voice or digital interactions. Thus, by updating in real-time the cache on the client computer refraining from database locks in the server of the cloud-based video recording.

  • Patent number: 11343347
Abstract: In a relay device, a control unit stores, in a temporary storage unit data which is received by an Ethernet communication unit through a communication line. When the data stored in the temporary storage unit is transmitted, the control unit deletes the transmitted data from the temporary storage unit. When the control unit determines that, for the data received by the Ethernet communication unit, the amount of data stored in the temporary storage unit is equal to or greater than a threshold value, the Ethernet communication unit transmits instruction data giving an instruction to stop transmission through a communication line and to perform transmission through a communication bus.

  • Patent number: 11336614
Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and software that select network addresses of a content node of a content delivery network are provided herein. In one example, a method of operating a control node to perform network address selection that selects between different communication service providers according to network characteristics is presented. The control node receives a domain name lookup request from an end user device to reach a content node. The control node processes network characteristics and the domain name lookup request to select a network address that corresponds to one of the communication service providers. The end user device can use the selected network address to reach the content node over the selected communication service provider.

  • Patent number: 11290521
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for generating a recommendation for increasing loading time performance of a target webpage are provided. For example, a third party window, specifying a target webpage as a source, is inserted into a webpage. The webpage is provided to a browser that displays the webpage and loads the target webpage into the third party window. Resource timing data, associated with loading the target webpage into the third party window, is retrieved. Loading time performance of the target webpage is measured based upon the resource timing data. A recommendation for increasing loading time performance of the target webpage is generated. In an example, an action such as a resource allocation change for hosting the target webpage, compression of an image of the target webpage, a connection reduction of files connected to by the target webpage, etc. is performed based upon the recommendation.

  • Patent number: 11277360
Abstract: A disambiguation dialog may be generated by determining candidate responses based on an intent of a user's message. A utility value and a relevance probability may be determined for each of the candidate responses. An intermediate ranking may be computed for each of the candidate responses based on the utility value and the relevance probability. Candidate dialogs may be formed with the top candidate response, the top two candidate responses, and so on. Additional candidate dialogs may be generated by varying a presentation format of the candidate responses. Discoverability probabilities may be associated with each of the candidate responses within a candidate dialog. A joint metric for each candidate dialog may be computed as a function of the utility value, relevance probability and discoverability probability associated with each of the candidate responses included in the candidate dialog. The highest ranked candidate dialog may be selected as the disambiguation dialog.
