  • Patent number: 10706436
Abstract: A crowd pricing system and method having tier-based ratings includes a pricing table hosted on a memory. The pricing table has a plurality of pricing tiers, wherein the pricing table is correlated to at least one downloadable media item. A download popularity value is calculated based on a quantity of downloads of the at least one downloadable media item within an evaluation period, wherein a position of the at least one downloadable media item is movable between the plurality of pricing tiers based on the download popularity value, wherein position movement of the at least one downloadable media item is regulated by at least one control factor. A ratings designation is paired with each of the plurality of pricing tiers, the ratings designation having a cumulative user ratings score calculated by the processor, wherein the cumulative user ratings score provides an indication of cumulative user rating of the at least one downloadable media item.

  • Patent number: 10671947
Abstract: One embodiment of the invention disclosed herein provides techniques for distributing tasks to skilled workers participating in a managed crowd-sourcing workforce. A crowd worker routing system receives a request for a task assignment from a first worker participating in the crowd-sourcing workforce. The crowd worker routing system retrieves one or more scores associated with the first worker, wherein each score is related to the performance of the first worker with respect to completing a prior set of task assignments. The crowd worker routing system determines that a first task assignment included in a first set of task assignments is related to a first score included in the one or more scores. The crowd worker routing system determines whether to route the first task assignment to the first worker for completion based on the first score and one or more routing rules.

  • Patent number: 10657478
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, or computer program product for creating a control dashboard for user interactions. The application may be utilized by a user in connection with a third party exchange system, small business, or individually. As such, the invention may extract data from multiple user and competitor locations. The invention coordinates the data and generates components for the dashboard that includes resource flows, outside entity user information, and aggregation integration in a customizable, real-time modified dashboard. Thus providing monitoring and alerts for inventorying, resources, and invoicing. Furthermore, the system may identify underpenetrated customer populations, perform trend analysis to identify potential customers, and the like. Finally, the system integrates an artificial intelligence engine for real-time data digestion and future predictions for resource flows.

  • Patent number: 10593003
Abstract: The present disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatuses for identifying a person of interest. An exemplary method may comprise storing external data received from a variety external sources into a parameterized table, creating a first set of category views on the parameterized table, creating a second set of category views based at least in part on data to be derived from a traveler's personal information to be received, receiving the traveler's personal information generated by an input device and determining whether the traveler is a person of interest by evaluating the personal information against one or more pre-defined profiles using the first and second sets of category views. Each of the one or more pre-defined profiles may comprise one or more rules and a threshold value for determining a likelihood for the traveler to be matched in each of the one or more pre-defined profiles.

  • Patent number: 10563914
Abstract: A method includes receiving input corresponding to a proposed configuration of a liquefaction facility and identifying a plurality of components utilized to produce LNG and/or LIN at the facility. The method includes determining an alternative configuration that is different from the proposed configuration. Determining the alternative configuration may include identifying resources accessible to a proposed location for the liquefaction facility and whether at least one of the resources accessible to the proposed location corresponds to a resource generated by a component identified by the proposed configuration, and determining whether to omit at least one component of the plurality of components identified by the proposed configuration. The method includes omitting the at least one component from the alternative configuration, and generating a report based on the proposed configuration and the alternative configuration.

  • Patent number: 10026049
Abstract: A cloud-based risk assessment service collects industrial data from multiple relevant and connected sources for storage and analysis on a cloud platform. The service analyzes gathered data from internal and external sources and customers across different industries to identify operational trends as a function of industry type, application type, equipment in use, device configurations, and other such variables. Based on the analysis, the risk assessment service identifies risk factors inherent in a customer's particular industrial enterprise. The cloud-based system generates a risk profile for the customer that identifies the determined risks and recommends risk aversion strategies based on the customer's specific profile, compared to industry standards, product information, internal business expectations, external regulatory bodies, and/or past performance.

  • Patent number: 9785890
Abstract: Data for a plurality of entities that can be offered a plurality of products can be obtained. The data can include categorical data and numeric data. Based on business constraints, some of all of the data can be selected. The selected data can be converted to another set of numeric data, wherein the categorical values are converted to numeric values. Dimensions of the converted data can be reduced to generate another set of data. Based on this another set of data, clusters of entities can be formed. The products can be grouped by assigning a unique product identifier of each product to a corresponding cluster. This grouping of products can be used by a predictive model to predict a likelihood of an entity to purchase a particular product in a future time period. Related methods, apparatus, systems, techniques and articles are also described.
