Abstract: A covering for an architectural opening. The covering includes a cellular panel having at least two cellular units or rows. The covering also includes a light absorbing element positioned at an interface between the at least two cellular units. The first light absorbing element may absorb substantially all visible light wavelengths.
Abstract: A set of accessories for use in combination with a scaffold is comprised of at least one pair of support hooks, at least one stirrup member for facilitating stepping up or down from the scaffold, at least one material holder.
Abstract: The invention relates to a ladder assembly for equipment, the ladder assembly comprising a ladder pivotally mounted to a mount; an actuation mechanism that includes a drive that engages a rotational actuator, the rotational actuator operatively connected to the ladder; wherein the drive causes rotation of the rotational actuator causing the ladder to pivot about the mount.
Abstract: A position sensing device for sensing an upper limit position and a lower limit position of a hoisting line for raising and lowering a door leaf of an animal enclosure, the position sensing device comprising a hoisting line pathway for a hoisting line to raise and lower a door leaf of an animal enclosure, an actuator arm moveable between a first position and a second position, and a proximity switch having a first state corresponding to the actuator arm being in the first position and a second state corresponding to the actuator arm being in the second position.
Abstract: A covering for an architectural covering is provided. The covering may include a rotatable outer roller, a rotatable inner roller, a first shade secured to the outer roller, and a second shade secured to the inner roller. The outer roller may define an elongated slot extending along a length of the outer roller and opening to an interior of the outer roller. The inner roller may be received within the outer roller and may define a central longitudinal axis. The first shade may be retractable onto and extendable from the outer roller. The second shade may extend through the elongated slot and may be retractable onto and extendable from the inner roller. The elongated slot may be substantially horizontally aligned with the central longitudinal axis of the inner roller when the first shade is in a fully extended position.

Abstract: A hem bar for use with an architectural-structure covering such as, for example, a rollable screen (e.g., an outdoor insect screen, a solar screen, a hurricane screen, a privacy and security screen, etc.). The hem bar includes a weather strip for contacting or resting on a contacting surface when the covering is in a fully extended position. The weather strip is vertically, movably positioned relative to the hem bar. Additionally, the weather strip may be downwardly biased relative to the hem bar. The hem bar may also include a plurality of weight-receiving chambers for receiving, for example, a weighted rod, a weighted bar, or the like to assist in maintaining the covering in a taut condition (e.g., assists with maintaining constant tension on the covering) in the extended position. The hem bar may have a symmetrical design to eliminate any tilting or rocking motion.
Abstract: A scaffold includes a U-profile beam having an outwardly-open U-profile in which a scaffold platform is releasably hooked by mounting hooks. The U-profile beam has a perpendicular wall delimiting the U-profile and a guiding and fastening groove delimited by inwardly-extending groove reach-behind protrusions delimiting a locking space for releasably locking a locking element reaching behind the protrusions. An anti-lift-out and support element has an anti-lift-out element extending over the hooks to prevent lifting out. A support element fixed to the anti-lift-out element extends perpendicularly from the anti-lift-out element to a support element end for supporting the support element on the wall. The anti-lift-out element has a through-opening designed so that the fastening element moves the locking element toward the fastening element longitudinal axis and perpendicularly to the groove through the through-opening.
Abstract: A modular ladder having a single, central column for supporting radiating steps is shown and described. Steps are pivotally mounted on the central column to generate attachable modules. The steps fold up to a stowed position to minimize bulk when the ladder is not in use, and fold down to a nearly but not quite perpendicular position to facilitate climbing. The steps are held frictionally in the stowed position and by gravity in a deployed position when nearly perpendicular to the central mast. The ladder has a removable foot module for stability when propping the ladder on the ground. Each module bearing steps includes an integral loop for attachment of anchoring straps when desired.
