  • Patent number: 11526563
Abstract: In the field of government engagement management, for users of an employee desktop web client, it is now possible, within the web client application, to search and read articles and/or knowledge content that has been authored to external locations. Due to this integration to external, third-party applications, content and/or articles can be displayed to an agent on the employee desktop web client graphical user interface. Agents can enter free text into a specific search field and review the results in summary form, and then select an article in HTML format to progress the current interaction with the client. An additional feature extending from this capability is to add an amount of coding to external knowledge content websites that are owned and/or operated by the owner of the system such that when the website is viewed through the third-party integration module, a button or icon appears within the website that when selected takes the agent to an appropriate form.

  • Patent number: 10942975
Abstract: Various implementations disclosed herein provide a search engine that receives a search request from a sensor gateway, and provides search results in return. In various implementations, the search request includes a first set of measurements captured by a first sensor, a first measurement from the first set of measurements is outside a defined range. In various implementations, the search engine determines a first feature vector based on the first set of measurements, and identifies a second feature vector that indicates a second set of measurements within a degree of similarity to the first set of measurements. In some implementations, the second set of measurements are captured by a second sensor. In various implementations, the search engine determines a search result based on the second feature vector, and transmits the search result. In some implementations, the search result indicates one or more instructions executable by the first sensor.

  • Patent number: 10831902
Abstract: Systems and methods described herein generally relate to storing and verifying data. In some embodiments, reference levels are generated according to time intervals, where the first reference level comprises a predetermined number of the time intervals, and where each of the time intervals of the remaining reference levels is comprised of a predetermined number of the time intervals of a previous reference level. Hashes of data can be created at the first reference level by performing a hashing function on the data in a time-sequenced manner. First reference level time interval hashes may be generated by performing the hashing function on the hashes of the data at each of the time intervals of the first reference level. Hashes for remaining reference level time intervals can be generated by performing the hashing function on the hashes of each of the time intervals of the previous reference level.

  • Patent number: 10831771
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for interactive exploration of graph data. An embodiment operates by compiling a data query in any database-readable language based upon an input parameter. A data query of a graph data set is then conducted but is halted when a breakpoint generated from the input parameter is reached. Halting the data query includes partitioning a data subset from the graph data set. The data subsets is then displayed.

  • Patent number: 10740311
Abstract: A system, computer-implemented method, and computer-program product embodiments for rebuilding database indexes is disclosed. A pre-loader thread rebuilds a plurality of indexes in the background once a database is initialized. Simultaneously, a query processor receives queries from a user/client of a database. If an index that is required by the query processor has not yet been rebuilt by the pre-loader, a request to rebuild the index is sent to an asynchronous index loader. The asynchronous index loader places the request in a queue, processes the queue based on available system resources, and then rebuilds the requested indexes. Once the necessary indexes have been rebuilt, a wake-up signal is sent to the query processor which then proceeds to execute the query from a user/client.

  • Patent number: 10565178
Abstract: A computing server can receive, from a computing device, an extensible markup language document and a location path pointing to an identifier uniquely identifying the extensible markup language document. The computing server can rearrange data within the extensible markup language document to generate a table including data arranged according to one or more location paths indicated by the extensible markup language document. Each location path of the one or more location paths can point to a storage location for data listed under the location path. The table can be specific to the identifier uniquely identifying the extensible markup language document. The computing server can store the table in a data store connected to the computing server. The computing server can retrieve, when required, the stored data from the data store within a time independent of a total number of XML documents in the data store.

  • Patent number: 10558688
Abstract: A data analysis system allows users to interact with distributed data structures stored in-memory using natural language queries. The data analysis system receives a prefix of a natural language query from the user. The data analysis system provides suggestions of terms to the user for adding to the prefix. Accordingly, the data analysis system iteratively receives longer and longer prefixes of the natural language queries until a complete natural language query is received. The data analysis system stores natural language query templates that represent natural language queries associated a particular intent. For example, a natural language query template may represent queries that compare two columns of a dataset. The data analysis system compares an input prefix of natural language with the natural language query templates to determine the suggestions. The data analysis system receives user defined metrics or attributes that can be used in the natural language queries.
