  • Patent number: 11747829
Abstract: A drone loaded with a package takes off from a takeoff device and uses a GPS system to fly to a user house that is a delivery destination of the package as the destination. Further, when the drone approaches the user house that is the destination, the flight of the drones is switched from autonomous navigation using the GPS system to remote control performed by a landing device and an in-house control device installed in the user house. The drone lands on the landing device by remote control from the landing device and the in-house control device, separates the package, and then returns to the warehouse using the GPS system and lands on the takeoff device.

  • Patent number: 11732438
Abstract: A controller determines that a signal from an operating device represents either a normal operation to manually control a blade or a trigger operation to automatically control the blade. The controller moves the blade so that the angle of the blade is changed in accordance with the operation of the operating device when the signal from the operating device is determined as representing a normal operation. The controller moves the blade until the angle of the blade reaches a predetermined target angle when the signal from the operating device is determined as representing the trigger operation while the bulldozer is traveling.

  • Patent number: 11726501
Abstract: A navigation system and method for an autonomous vehicle (AV) that includes a system controller and an environmental sensor. The system controller determines a fixed local frame (LCF) having a coordinate system originating at a fixed location in three-dimensional space. Additionally, the system controller determines an AV positional pose in LCF coordinates, which identifies an AV position in three-dimensional space and an AV orientation in three-dimensional space. An environmental sensor detects an asset feature of an asset moving within three-dimensional space. The system controller then identifies an asset feature frame (AFF) having a coordinate system originating at the asset feature. A localization module determines the AV positional pose in the AFF coordinates. The system controller then dynamically transforms the AV position pose from the LCF coordinates to the AFF coordinates and generates a motion control command based on the AV positional pose in the AFF coordinates.

  • Patent number: 11720104
Abstract: An unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) assessment and reporting system may conduct micro scans of a wide variety of property types. Scan data from any of a wide variety of sensor types may be compared with profile data using computer vision techniques to identify characteristics, defects, damage, construction materials, and the like. A hierarchal structure of the scan data may reduce the size of data sets used for property identification. For example, identifying a material type of a property may reduce or eliminate the need to compare scan data with specific data profiles for defects not related to the identified material type. Similarly, identifying a particular characteristic of a property may narrow down the data sets of possible material types. A rule set evaluator may evaluate matched profile data to determine adaptive actions to modify the navigation or scanning process of the UAV.
