Abstract: According to an aspect of an embodiment, a social network system for electronic delivery of information in personalized health care, may include capturing one or more data streams where each of the data streams relates to health care of a patient. The system may further include integrating the data streams to generate integrated diagnostic data and analyzing the integrated diagnostic data to generate analyzed diagnostic data. The system may further include curating the analyzed diagnostic data and generating an integrated report for presentation to a physician of the patient based on the curated analyzed diagnostic data.
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computing system for compartmentalizing a virtual assistant is executed on a computing device and includes obtaining encounter information via a compartmentalized virtual assistant during a patient encounter, wherein the compartmentalized virtual assistant includes a core functionality module. One or more additional functionalities are added to the compartmentalized virtual assistant on an as-needed basis.

Abstract: A system including a range of motion, quality of sleep, overall, and control modules. The range of motion module, prior to a procedure being performed on a patient, determines a first range of motion score of the patient based on a first signal generated by a sensor. The quality of sleep module, prior to the procedure being performed on the patient, determines a first quality of sleep score or a first pain score based on the first signal. The overall module determines a combined score based on the first range of motion score and the first quality of sleep score or the first pain score. The control module compares the combined score to a predetermined threshold and predicts an outcome of the procedure based on the comparison. The control module, based on the combined score, determines whether to perform the procedure, adjust the procedure or refrain from performing the procedure.

Abstract: A method for initiating a telemedicine conference on a mobile device is provided. The method comprises receiving diagnostic test results in response to a diagnostic test, determining if the diagnostic test results include a positive result, storing the diagnostic test results on a server disposed on a network, presenting, if the diagnostic test results are positive, a telemedicine initiation option on a screen of the mobile device, determining whether the telemedicine initiation option is selected, sending the diagnostic test results from the server to the telemedicine provider, sending additional medical history information to the telemedicine provider, and initiating a telemedicine conference with the telemedicine provider.

Abstract: In some aspects, the present disclosure provides a computer program product for assembling a database comprising electronic data modules, which may be electronic medical records (EMRs). The present disclosure can also be used for purposes such as implementing a system in which physicians and patents can be provided with applications that they can use to confirm that various disease related events have taken place. This can be performed using active diagnosis modules (ADMs) comprising schedules of events. These ADMs and their events can also be used to populate a database which can be used for purposes such as identifying, recruiting and tracking participants in clinical trials.
