  • Patent number: 10352211
Abstract: An exhaust gas purification filter collects PM contained in and purifies exhaust gas emitted from a gasoline direct injection engine. The exhaust gas purification filter has a honeycomb structural body which has a plurality of cells, partition walls and plug members. Each of the cells is surrounded by the partition walls. An opening section of one end of each of the cells is plugged by a plug member. The plug members satisfies a relationship of L/D?50 and L?3, where L is an average length (mm) of the plug members and D is an average pore size mm of the plug members. The honeycomb structural body and the plug members are made of cordierite. The cordierite contains silica, talc, kaolin, alumina and/or aluminum hydroxide, etc.

  • Patent number: 10343097
Abstract: A ventilation apparatus includes a main body, an air entry and an air exit respectively arranged on two sides of the main body, a filter arranged behind the air entry, and a pressure sensor module located between the filter and the air exit, which senses pressure caused by air flowing inside the main body through the air entry and the filter. The pressure sensor module firstly senses pressure related data when the apparatus begins to start for initial data, and senses pressure related data continuously after the apparatus starts for working data, and transmits these data externally. An analysis monitor device computes a reference pressure offset value and a working pressure offset value according to the initial data and the working data, and compares the two pressure offset values for determining whether the filter needs to be replaced.

  • Patent number: 10300761
Abstract: A selective filtration system for an operator cab attached to an agricultural vehicle. A HVAC unit supplies conditioned air to an operator space selectively from a CAT 4 filter and a CAT 2 filter. A pressurization blower and two way valve controls flow from the CAT 4 filter to the HVAC unit. Control of flow or isolation of the CAT 2 filter is provided by pressure variations within the system. The CAT 4 filter and CAT 2 filter are isolated from the ambient when they are not in use by valves. A calibrated orifice enables positive pressurization to the CAT 2 filter to hold the valves closed.

  • Patent number: 10302318
Abstract: A recursive multi-tiered health isolation facility having multiple tiers of facility types. Each facility type has a probability of containing an airborne infectious contagion and a means for provide pressure differentials between the facilities types. Increasingly higher negative pressurization within facility types with a higher probability of airborne infection provides for nesting facility types and abatement of airborne contagions transmitted between facility types. Further, the air exchange rates for each facility type are increased as the probability that a facility type has an airborne infectious agent increases. The use of HEPA filters with the increased air exchange rates increases the contagion abatement in environments having a higher probability of airborne contagions. Further, exchanged air is treated with ultraviolet light to kill contagions making it through the air filter.

  • Patent number: 10294838
Abstract: An exhaust cleaning filter has an exhaust gas inflow passage and an exhaust gas outflow passage disposed in alternating fashion; and a porous partition wall for setting the exhaust gas inflow and outflow passages at a distance from each other. A small pore region is sectioned off on the upstream side and a large pore region is sectioned off on the downstream side of the partition wall. The average pore diameter of the partition wall in the large pore region is greater than in the small pore region, and is set so that ash contained in the exhaust gas is able to pass through the partition wall. The exhaust purification filter has a promoting member for promoting the passing of exhaust gas that has flowed into the exhaust gas inflow passage, through the partition wall in the small pore region, and promoting inflow into the exhaust gas outflow passage.
