Abstract: A protective bottle enclosure for enclosing and sealing a bottle with an open mouth carried within the enclosure. The enclosure includes a container having an upper portion and a base removably coupled to the upper portion, and an external cap applicable to the container in a seated position of the cap. In the seated position of the cap, the cap seals the open mouth of the bottle carried in the enclosure and forms an impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle. A stopper carried by the cap forms the impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle, and in the seated position of the cap, the cap is fully seated against the upper portion of the container and forms an impermeable outer seal between the cap and the container.

Abstract: A safety closure for a beverage container that prevents an infant from ingesting the closure is provided. The closure includes a cylindrical cap body to be released securely into a beverage container. The cap body includes lateral projections extending from the cylindrical cap are sufficient to prevent an infant from ingesting the cap. The projections are provided to also facilitate rotation of the cap and to be releasably secure the cap of the container.

Abstract: Drip collar which includes a tubular sleeve body that is made of a flexible material having an open first end and an open second end, the first end having a surface extending around an entire circumference of the sleeve body that is perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve body. The first end of the sleeve body further having a drip kerchief contiguous with the surface of the first end, the drip kerchief comprising a folded-over portion (1) extending around the circumference of the first end, and (2) extending from the first end towards the second end.

Abstract: An interlock assembly for a door latch mechanism of a door in a container for bulk material that has an interior lined with a membrane for holding fluid. The interlock assembly includes a plunger in an aperture formed through the door, which moves between an extended position, where the plunger extends into the interior of the container, and a locked position, where the plunger is urged outwardly from of the interior of the container. A spring is positioned to apply a force to urge the plunger to the extended position. A lock member is connected to move with the plunger between the extended position and the locked position. The spring force is selected to enable the membrane, under static pressure of fluid within the container, to urge the plunger to the locked position, thereby engaging the lock member to interlock against operation of the door latch.

Abstract: A waste device including a container having a bottom and a circumferential wall, wherein the container has a container-opening on the end remote from the bottom and closing means positioned near the container opening for substantially closing the container opening in such a way that odor release is prevented. The closing means includes a drum housing and a drum body being pivotable between an insertion position wherein refuse is placeable in a transport container, and a transit position wherein the transport container is aligned with the drum opening. The waste device further including a flexible sealing member having a connection part that is located radially outwards, and that is connected to the drum housing, and having a sealing part that extends radially inward from the connection part and which may be brought into sealingly contact with the external surface of the drum body for sealing the container opening in a substantially odor-free manner.

Abstract: A receptacle assembly disclosed herein includes a receptacle housing, a liner assembly having a base member and an insertion member, wherein the insertion member is situated above the base member in either a rejection position or an acceptance position. When the insertion member is placed in its acceptance position with respect to the base member, the receptacle assembly can hold a drape over portion of another liner between the insertion member and the receptacle housing.

Abstract: A fuel filler system for use in a vehicle is provided. The system includes a fuel filler tube, a locking bracket coupled to an inner surface of the fuel filler tube, and a closure device coupleable within the tube end and including an outer wall and a radially movable tab extending from the outer wall. The tab engages the locking bracket after rotation of the closure device from a first rotational position to a second rotational position to prevent rotation of the closure device relative to the locking bracket. The closure device further includes a web flexibly connecting the tab to the outer wall and a region of weakness defined in the web, such that upon forcible rotation of the closure device from the second rotational position to the first rotational position, the region of weakness facilitates separation of the web from the outer wall.

Abstract: A bakery tray according to one embodiment includes a base a front wall and a rear wall. A pair of opposed side walls extend upward from side edges of the base. Each side wall including a pair of stacking feet and a center projection. Each side wall includes an upper support surface between an inner rail and an outer wall. The inner rail is interrupted by a plurality of pockets arranged to receive the stacking feet and the center projection of an identical tray stacked thereon in a high stack position and in a low stack position. The outer wall includes a plurality of recesses aligned with the plurality of pockets. The tray may provide a substantially constant height support surface between the pockets. Further, stops may be provided at front and rear ends of the upper support surface.

Abstract: The present invention regards a sterile workspace with removable layers for use on medical surfaces such as anesthesia workstations, as well as other surfaces. The assembly of the present invention generally includes a plurality of sterile workspaces, layered to form the assembly. Each workspace has a foam layer and a barrier layer. In some configurations, the workspace also has a tray, and the foam layer is secured to the top surface of the tray. The tray may have a raised border about its perimeter. In some configurations the foam layer has a non-porous bottom surface. The assembly may have a support surface under the bottom-most workspace layer, with an elastomer or adhesive affixed thereto to prevent the assembly from moving during use. The barrier layer is affixed to either the foam layer, or the tray (if present), and is removed to expose a sterile workspace when in use.

The pockets seat mobile-anchored clasps (14) which are clamped on the body (11) with an elastic clamping ring (15). The clasps (14) each ends with a tooth (16) which extends over the seat (17) where the thin outer flange (4) of the preform (10) rests. The inner side wall of the seat (17) has a groove (19) carved in it to accommodate the supporting flange (6) of the preform (10).

Abstract: A foldable pan includes a pan body, and a handle connected to an outside of the pan body. A horizontal rotation mechanism is arranged between the handle and the pan body. The handle and the pan body form a horizontal rotation connection by the horizontal rotation mechanism. The horizontal rotation mechanism includes a rotation head, a base, and a spindle assembly. The rotation head is formed at an end of the handle. The spindle assembly passes through a top of the base and the rotation head to form the horizontal rotation connection, and further, a bottom of the base is fastened to the pan body by a connection assembly. The foldable pan with a foldable handle provided in the present invention reduces store space of the pan and is convenient to store, further the package volume is reduced after being folded, thus reducing transfer cost.
