    Abstract: A fallback prevention valve apparatus, system and method is described. An electric submersible pump (ESP) fallback prevention system includes an ESP assembly positioned in a downhole well, the ESP assembly including production tubing extending between a centrifugal pump and a surface of the downhole well such that during operation of the ESP assembly production fluid flows upward from the centrifugal pump through the production tubing to the surface, the production tubing including a fallback valve actuatable by the flow of production fluid, the fallback valve actuatable between an open position, wherein production fluid flowing upward through the fallback valve actuates the fallback valve into the open position, and a closed position, wherein production fluid flowing downward through the fallback valve actuates the fallback valve into the closed position, the closed position blocking sand carried by the production fluid from falling into the centrifugal pump.

The membrane segregates the frame into an upper portion and a lower portion. The apparatus also includes an actuating system which is structured to selectively move portions of the membrane toward either the upper portion or the lower portion of the frame in a manner which causes a wave-like movement in the pumping membrane and creates the flow of gas.

In one embodiment, a walking beam well pumping unit, the lifting and lowering of the well load can be caused by the reciprocating motion of a beam tipping on a fulcrum and with moving effort force point, moving crank shaft force point, and moving beam weight force point.

The spherical entrainment interior cavity is a double circular pipeline that ascends in a spiral overlapping manner to wrap a hemispherical surface, and improves the entrainment capacity, while increasing the entrainment area. The primary entrainment cavity is allowed to be in communication with the secondary entrainment cavity and the tertiary entrainment cavity by upward sliding of a sliding check core. The secondary entrainment cavity entrains the gas in the pump inlet pipe, and the primary entrainment cavity entrains the gas in a pump cavity.
