    Abstract: A utility station or pedestal for a boat dock is formed of an upper portion hinged to a lower portion. The interface between the portions extends across the housing at an angle with respect to horizontal so that when the upper portion is swung into an open position, an electrical terminal block mounted in the lower portion is readily accessible for connecting power lines introduced through the bottom of the housing.
