Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide for reduced network footprint customer behavior analytics. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for reduced network footprint customer behavior analytics includes executing an analytics server in memory of a host computing system and loading into the memory a table. The table includes a multiplicity of entries, each entry correlating a reference to a DOM with a unique identifier and a Web browser brand. Thereafter, the analytics server performs DOM capture and replay of a Web site by receiving from over a computer communications network instead of a complete DOM, a message encapsulating both a unique identifier for a Web page of the site, and a Web browser brand rendering the page, identifying using the table a particular DOM referenced in correlation to the encapsulated identifier and browser brand, retrieving the particular DOM from a data store and performing replay utilizing the retrieved DOM.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving workflow results from completion of a first set of iterations of a workflow. The workflow is associated with a workflow structure including one or more tasks within the workflow. The method includes producing a recommended alteration to the workflow structure including a percentage of the one or more tasks within the workflow to automate. The method includes extracting, from the workflow results, training data for training a machine learning model to automate one or more tasks within the workflow in accordance with the recommended alteration. The method includes causing a machine learning model to be trained to automate the one or more tasks within the workflow structure using the extracted training data. The method includes causing the machine learning model to perform the one or more tasks during a subsequent iteration of the workflow.

Abstract: The techniques described herein facilitate sharing electronic cloud-based calendars via online application and collaboration services, e.g., Microsoft Office 365®. In an implementation, a method of operating an online application and collaboration service for sharing electronic calendars between mailboxes is disclosed. The method includes receiving a request to share a master calendar owned by a first user of the online application and collaboration service with a second user. The master calendar is stored in the first user's mailbox. The method further includes communicating a response indicating acceptance of the request to share the master calendar, generating a copy of the master calendar in the second user's mailbox, and synching the copy of the master calendar with the master calendar using pre-cached data to populate an initial view.

Abstract: Systems and methods for sourcing participants for a usability study are provided. In some embodiments the systems and methods receive study parameters including the type of study, time-to-field of the study, required number of participants, and required participant attributes. Additionally, a set of business rules for the study are received. These business rules may be received from a client, extrapolated from a service contract with a client for which the study is being performed, or generated based on the monitored outcomes of sourcing of previous studies. Next, panel sources for potential participants and pricing data are queried, and a set of the sources are selected based upon the pricing data. Participants are then received from these sources, which are then fielded in the study and monitored for outcomes.

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating aggregated merchant analytics for a sector are provided. The system includes a merchant analytics (MA) computing device in communication with a user computing device. The MA computing device defines a plurality of sectors of a geographic region and receiving transaction data including at least one online transaction associated with a merchant. The MA computing device generates a transaction location identifier for each of online transaction to indicate a location associated with a user device operated by a cardholder associated with the online transaction and links the online transaction to one sector based on the transaction location identifier. The MA computing device generates aggregated merchant analytics for each sector based on the transaction data associated with the online transactions located in the sector and displays the aggregated merchant analytics on the user computing device for analysis.

Abstract: Product provisioning and recommender systems and methods are described for generating product-based recommendations for geographically distributed physical stores based on mobile device movement. In various embodiments, a server aggregates mobile device movement data originating from a plurality of mobile devices geographically distributed with respect to a physical store of a geographic trade area. A provisioning application (app) executing on the server and analyzing the mobile device movement data, assigns geographic region descriptors defining a geographical consumer region for each mobile device of the plurality of mobile devices. The provisioning app generates a network store graph model based on a set of regional probabilities and a set of trade area probabilities.

Abstract: Techniques described herein are directed to intelligent virtualization of merchant services. In an example, interaction data indicative of interaction(s) between merchant(s) and a service provider can be received from merchant device(s) operable by the merchant(s). Server(s) of the service provider can access inventory data of a merchant and can determine, based at least in part on the interaction data and the inventory data, whether the merchant is a candidate for virtualization. The server(s) can send, to a merchant device operable by the merchant, a recommendation to virtualize an item based at least in part on the determining, wherein the recommendation can be presented via a merchant-facing user interface that includes a user interface element to allow the merchant to virtualize the item.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a crisis management platform are described. A method includes receiving a first notification of an event, such as a crisis event. A second notification of the event is transmitted to user equipment devices of a plurality of individuals. A user selection of a crisis-related option from a plurality of crisis-related options is received after transmitting the second notification is transmitted, and an action is taken in response to receiving the user selection of the crisis-related option. An electronic document is designed and distributed as a portable tool with easily accessible information for a crisis team to use as a straightforward reference to manage the decisioning and workflow coordination related to crisis management. Interactive user interfaces with hyperlinks to various electronic resources and tools may be provided to automatically and methodologically inform various users of their roles and guide them through a crisis response procedure.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to establishing commodity traceability across supplier, manufacturer, and customer processes via end-to-end commodity marking traceability. A manufacturer receives incoming material, such as an industry standard commodity, from a supplier and authenticates a marking affixed to the incoming material. After authenticating the supplier's marking for the incoming material, a second marking is affixed to the incoming material. The commodity is converted at manufacturing into a finished product and associated with finished product data. The supplier's marking and the manufacturer's markings for the incoming material are related, and the relationship is related to the finished product data. The stored and maintained relationships supports integration of the first marking data and the second marking data with product data, and supports end-to-end commodity marking traceability.

Abstract: Technology that facilitates the encouragement of conversion of customers during their online journeys is disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: monitor an online journey of a customer with an entity; profile the customer to select a persona of a plurality of personas; predict a lack of conversion by the customer during the monitored online journey of the customer; and in response to the prediction, offer an optional online path forward for the customer's online journey to the customer.

Abstract: A system and a method for tracking agricultural commodities, such as crop inventories, is based on measuring a flow of crop through an equipment unit during a period of time, and determining the flow of crop through the unit to be a transfer event. More particularly, there is measured a quantity of crop in a first equipment unit; followed by a detection of a presence of one or more additional equipment units proximate the first equipment unit; and by a determination of at least one crop transfer event between the first equipment and at least one of the additional equipment units based on a change in the quantity of crop in the first equipment unit and the detection of presence.

Abstract: A system and method for providing original equipment manufacturer (OEM) control to maximize profits that include determining at least one demand based charging schedule and processing an OEM charging policy option to schedule charging of the at least one electric vehicle at a low energy production cost timeframe. The system and method also include modifying the at least one demand based charging schedule into a policy based charging schedule based on an acceptance of the OEM charging policy option by the at least one utility provider. The system and method further include facilitating payment of an incentive fee from the at least one utility provider to the OEM.

Abstract: Customizing computing resource allocation based on machine learning is provided. A plurality of current users of a service are evaluated based on attributes of each current user. A user value score is generated for each current user based on the attributes. The plurality of current users is clustered into a plurality of user groups based on the user value score. A likelihood of each prospective user becoming a paying customer is predicted based on collected behavior data corresponding to each prospective user. A likelihood of an application corresponding to the service and associated with a particular user will misbehave is predicted based on resource usage and features of the application. Resource allocation to the application corresponding to the service and associated with the particular user is customized based the likelihood that the application will misbehave and whether the particular user is a current user or a prospective user.

Abstract: A grounded operations facilities management system is disclosed that can facilitate communications in grounded operations facilities. Specifically, a method is provided for managing and supervising trucks as they park in truck spots to await freight deposits. Check-in instances reflecting, among other things, the actual truck spot a fleet vehicle is parked in can be retrieved by a client from a server or database in operable communication with the client, and upon instantiation and execution of several processes, the check-in instance can be updated and retrieved/served as needed throughout the system. The system can be managed and controlled via a geofence, such that fleet vehicle operators can only check-in to particular truck spots when located within the geofence.

Abstract: A system provides interactive and automated features to aid in planning, management, and execution of events within venues. Venue hardscapes are geolocated, parsed, and stored to be used when configuring events. During event configuration a venue softscape may be automatically generated and applied to the venue hardscape to produce an initial layout. The initial layout may be modified to create and assign booths to exhibitors by multiple coordinators in parallel. Geolocation of hardscaped may be extended into softscapes, such that location data may be maintained for temporary structures such as booths. Conflicts may be avoided by implementing one or more conflict prevention features, including enforcement of universal layouts, booth locking, synchronous session management, automatic identifier assignment to preserve locational correspondence, booth and layout validation, and others.

Abstract: In non-limiting examples of the present disclosure, systems, methods and devices for surfacing and interacting with electronic meeting insights are presented. A meeting request that includes a plurality of invitees may be received. The meeting request may be associated with a plurality of related documents based on one or more attributes and a meeting insight related to the related documents may be surfaced. The meeting request may have a low acceptance in relation to a threshold and a corresponding insight may be surfaced to reschedule the meeting. A user may send a time modification suggestion to the meeting organizer and a rescheduling insight may be surfaced. Time and location information corresponding to invitees and the meeting time may be analyzed and reminders may be surfaced for each of the invitees in relation to a meeting location. Attendees may interact with location-based insights to have directions to a meeting surfaced.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing electronic scheduling assistance. One system includes an electronic computing device including an electronic processor. The electronic processor is configured to retrieve a category assigned from a plurality of categories to each of a plurality of participants associated with a calendar event and retrieve a schedule associated with each of the plurality of participants associated with the calendar event. The electronic processor is also configured to aggregate the schedules of each of the plurality of participants assigned to each of the plurality of categories to create an aggregated schedule associated with each of the plurality of categories and generate and output a user interface for display on a display device, the user interface including the aggregated schedule of each of the plurality of categories in separate regions of the user interface.
