Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for delayed display of supplemental content in association with an underlying page image or other portion of a page. An initial portion of a page may be displayed and associated code may be executed. The code may cause a computing system to perform operations including determining that at least a predetermined minimum percentage of a certain image or other specific portion within the page is visible during display of the page, tracking an amount of time that the minimum percentage of the page image or other content portion remains visible during user interaction with the page, then causing display of overlay content over a portion of the particular image or other portion of the page based on a determination that the amount of time that the minimum percentage of the image or content portion has remained visible exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a digital experience system that non-intrusively obtains valuable user feedback by strategically prompting users for feedback during a user's journey of a digital content experience. For example, in one or more embodiments, the digital experience system detects when various discrete touchpoints are triggered throughout a user's journey. In response to detection a triggered touchpoint, the digital experience system can provide the user with a prompt from a template of prompts. In this manner, the digital experience system can receive valuable and meaningful feedback from users without disrupting the user's digital content experience. Indeed, the digital experience system enhances the content experience for the user by providing prompts to the user throughout the user's journey of the content experience.

Abstract: A conference system includes: a computer processing unit (CPU) that: acquires, for each of information processing devices used by participants of a conference, information specific to a first area in which the conference is held; extracts features from the information specific to the first area; compares the features of each of the information processing devices with one another; groups the information processing devices with similar features together; assigns, for each group of the information processing devices, a work space that can be accessed by the information processing devices of each group; and notifies the information processing devices of each group of information related to the work space that allows the information processing devices of each group to access the work space assigned to each group. The information processing devices access the work space using the information related to the work space.

The processor is configured to display at least one widget that provides an operation on the display, wherein the at least one widget comprises an interface portion providing direct access to a feature of the widget, wherein the direct access to the feature of the widget is provided from the home screen.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, a wearable device includes a first user interface and a display. An electronic device includes a second user interface and causes the display to display a home screen. The home screen displayed in the display is divided into variable-sized first, second, and third areas. One of the first area, the second area, and the third area is selectable by an operation from the first user interface or the second user interface. The selected area is larger than non-selected areas among the first area, the second area, and the third area. A central icon in the selected area is larger than other icons in the selected area. A display format of the central icon in the selected area is different from a display format of the other icons in the selected area.

Abstract: A system includes a display, an input device, and a processor. The processor is configured to present to a user, on the display, a GUI that illustrates multiple electrodes disposed on an expandable frame of a multi-electrode catheter, and indicates which of the electrodes is active and which of the electrodes is inactive. The processor is further configured to (a) receive, via the input device first user input that chooses between a single-electrode-selection mode and a fan-selection mode, (b) when in the single-electrode-selection mode, receive via the input device second user input that specifies for activation or deactivation individual ones of the electrodes, and (c) when in the fan-selection mode, receive via the input device third user input that specifies for activation or deactivation an angular sector including two or more of the electrodes, and activate and deactivate the electrodes responsively to the first, second and third user inputs.

The method, computer system, and computer program product may include a computing device which may receive a user selection of a display portion of an application on a first display unit and user input defining a visual trigger policy for the selected display portion of the application. The visual trigger policy may define a visual trigger and a user notification in response to detecting the visual trigger. The computing device may capture image data of the selected display portion of the application on the first display unit and analyze the captured image data to detect the visual trigger, The computing device may, in response to detecting the visual trigger, generate the user notification defined by the visual trigger policy.

Abstract: An approach is provided for selecting and displaying one or more images. A determination is made that a user is in a proximity to a digital picture frame. Weather information is received from a weather sensor coupled to the digital picture frame. The weather information specifies a current weather of a geographic location that includes the digital picture frame. Based on the current weather, an emotional state of the user is determined. Based on user profile information corresponding to the user, image(s) included in multiple images are determined to convey the emotional state of the user. Based on the emotional state of the user and the image(s) conveying the emotional state, the image(s) are displayed on a display included in the digital picture frame.

Abstract: An online system maintains user interactions with different entities, such as pages, maintained by the online system. The online system also allows an administrator of multiple entities to merge two or more of the entities. When merging entities, the online system allows the administrator to select specific interactions by the administrator with the entities to be merged that are subsequently associated with the entity resulting from the merge. The online system also presents an interface to other users who have interacted with the entities to be merged that allows the users to select individual interactions with the entities to be merged to be associated with the entity resulting from the merge. The interface allowing the user to select the individual interactions may be accessed via a notification sent to the user by the online system.

Abstract: A method and device for secondary input of text are disclosed. The method may include: detecting a touch action, if the touch action meets a triggering requirement for a candidate split mode, activating the candidate split mode, and in the candidate split mode, selecting and splitting one of candidate results into an acceptable part and a pending part, wherein the acceptable part is presented in a target text field and a new candidate is acquired based on the character string corresponding to the pending part. With the present disclosure, users are allowed to modify a candidate result at any time as desired by retaining an accepted part of the candidate result during the input process, so as to simplify the input process. This entails a more prompt and more efficient input feedback mechanism which simplifies the user's manipulation and improves the user's experience.
