  • Patent number: 11927244
Abstract: When a contact area with a chain guide is reduced by a back surface of a link plate having a convex portion, a friction coefficient in a fluid lubrication region is reduced. A coating film containing 10% or more of chromium is on the link plate. A friction modifier made of a molybdenum compound and including with a lubricating oil promotes generation of MoS2 by the coating film, and prevents an increase in a friction coefficient in a boundary lubrication region.

  • Patent number: 11913520
Abstract: Two embodiments of a false tooth limit the damage to a toothed belt and of a bearing layer of a base of the toothed belt, which in general comprises cables or textiles. The false tooth comprises a longitudinal bar and a bushing which extends transversally from the longitudinal bar. In the first embodiment the longitudinal bar is tapered towards a free end of the bushing while in the second embodiment the longitudinal bar is profiled, i.e., has a flank for contacting the toothed belt which is convex towards the outside when viewed in transversal section. The false teeth are advantageously applied on toothed belts comprising grooves which cut the teeth, enabling a reduction of the thickness of the tooth during the winding. A method and a semi-finished workpiece are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 11906106
Abstract: By mounting a line blind valve (2) between a grease container (1) and a grease lubrication pump (3) replacement and mounting of the grease container can take place without leak of grease during the mounting as the outlet section must turn downwards during the mounting. By providing the installation with a line blind valve this can block grease leakage during the mounting and thereafter be opened. The valve (2) includes a flat central part (10) with an opening (11) which part can be displaced in relation to an upper positioned inlet section (4) and a lower positioned outlet section (8) and by displacement of the slide open and close for passage. In order to keep these parts (4, 8, 10) together a magnet (6,7) is embedded in each of the two parts (4, 8) by which a sealed connection is secured with no air infiltration and metal particles held back.
