Abstract: A driver scoring (DS) computing device for scoring driving activity for a driver in real-time is provided. The DS computing device includes at least one processor in communication with at least one memory, the at least one processor configured to: (i) receive sensor data about a driver in a vehicle; (ii) determine, from the sensor data, a driver activity including at least a duration for the activity; (iii) calculate a score for the determined activity, wherein the score depends on at least one of a type of activity and the duration of the activity; (iv) retrieve a driver profile associated with the driver from the at least one memory, the driver profile including at least one of user input preferences and a history of payment transactions; and (v) generate at least one merchant incentive based on the score and the driver profile.

Abstract: A driver monitoring (DM) computing device for monitoring driving behavior of a driver in real-time is provided. The DM computing device detects a user computer device associated with a driver inside the vehicle. The DM computing device collects state data of the user computer device. The state data includes data as to a state of the user computer device during a currently occurring trip. The DM computing device collects vehicle operation data of the vehicle while the driver and the user computer device are inside the vehicle. The DM computing device compares the collected vehicle operation data and the state data of the user computer device to determine whether the user computer device was activated during the currently occurring trip. The DM computing device causes a driving reward to be applied to an account associated with the driver for inactivity of the user computer device during the currently occurring trip.

Abstract: A system, method, and apparatus provide the ability to generate and deliver digital content in a headless content management system. A layout engine exposes a visual editing interface to a business user and accepts input to compose a layout consisting of components that define structural entities that control what to render. Marketing content is associated with the components. Each component is added, via the visual editing interface, to zones of the layout. Developer code may restrict a type of component that can be added to each zone. The layout and zones control a conceptual design for rendering the digital content. The layout engine receives a request for content from one of multiple different client applications that are executing in different hosting environments. The content is delivered, based on the layout, to the client application for rendering to a consumer.

The first advertisement is presented over the first presentation duration, via an advertisement presentation device in the vehicle. In addition to positive feedback, good driving (GD) points may be accumulated based on driving behavior. The accumulated GD points may be used in conjunction with a product and/or service offering, such as by an insurance company. Furthermore, in some examples, the system encourages users to promote good driving behavior by pledging themselves to a challenging GD wish list that will earn them more GD points and the associated benefits.
