A wall-mount portion constructed to orient the wall-penetrating fasteners for supporting a load. A load bearing portion constructed to support the load at a hanging distance from the wall-mount portion. The load bearing portion extending laterally away from the wall-mount portion. Afinial attachment feature constructed to support any one of a plurality of distinct finials adapted for use with the wall-mount bracket system. The finial attachment feature disposed on the load bearing portion so that a finial attached thereto is at least partially exposed beyond the load when the load is disposed at the hanging distance.

Abstract: A fishing rod stand assembly utilizes a fishing rod support configured to retained by a fishing rod support tripod. The fishing rod support comprises a shaft that extends from an insert end to a yolk end having a Y-shaped yoke to retain a fishing rod therein. The fishing rod support tripod has a leg hub and an arm hub configured to receive the fishing rod support shaft. The leg hub and/or the arm hub have flanges that are configured to flex radially outward to receive and retain the shaft which enables insertion of various diameter shafts. Three legs extend out from the leg hub and support arms extend from the arm hub to support arm couplings coupled with each of the legs. The tripod has a pair of fixed legs and an angle adjustable leg that can be pivoted about the leg hub and be retained in an offset angle for placement on uneven surfaces.

Abstract: A telescopic tube is disclosed. By pressing and rotating a switching button, an abutting section is aligned to a first hole of an outer tube and then elastically pushed by an elastic member, a pin section of the switching button is released from engagement with a fastening hole of the inner tube, and the position of the inner tube in the outer tube can be adjusted individually. After the inner tube is adjusted completely and the switching button is pressed to rotated again, the pin section is inserted into the fastening hole, the engaging section is engaged in the first hole. When the switching button is pressed, the movement of the inner tube makes the switching button release from the first hole and the third hole, and the inner tube, the control assembly and the inner mounting member are retractable in the through hole of the outer tube.

Abstract: Described is a multi-purpose instrument and music stand. The instrument and music stand includes a base assembly having a plurality of legs. A rod projects up from the base assembly. At least one attachment tang with a pair of side recesses is pivotally attached with the rod. A tang receptor is included that selectively attaches with the attachment tang. The tang receptor is formed with a button and geared detent parts. Depressing the button causes the pair of geared detent parts to simultaneously retract from the pair of side recesses of the attachment tang, thereby allowing a user to selectively attach and detach a music holder or other item from the tang and stand.

Abstract: A sprinkler configured to shoot a liquid, such as water or a mixture of water and a gel, may include a chasse, which may be an elongate and substantially hollow center beam with a first closed end and a second open end; a plurality of adjustable legs extending from each of the first closed end and the second end; a top post extending upward from a central portion of the chasse; a sprinkler head operatively attached to the top post; and an end post extending from the second open end, wherein the end post is configured to operatively attach to a liquid source. The angle at which each leg extends from the chasse may be independently adjustable to accommodate various terrains and sloped surfaces without impeding functionality of the sprinkler.

Abstract: A hinged support apparatus and method for a portable electronic display device is disclosed that includes a mounting plate and an elongated base each, respectively, having a proximal and a distal end portion. The hinged support apparatus includes a mounting plate and an elongated base, at least a portion of which is disposed upon and coplanar with the mounting plate. The mounting plate and the elongated base can include tenons that can engage in position stops located in mortises in the opposite parts. Using these tenons and mortises, the distal end of the elongated base can be locked or interlocked into a position at a splayed out angle from the mounting plate for easier viewing.

Abstract: An intravenous (IV) fluid bag hanger is described for use in an ambulance or other emergency vehicle. A handle is configured to pivot or rotate between storage and deployed positions. The fluid bag hanger includes a double-sided carabiner. The double-sided carabiner includes a first holding region and a second holding region to hold one or more intravenous fluid bags. The double-sided carabiner forms a hub between the first holding region and the second holding region. An axle of the handle rotates in the hub.

Abstract: A positioning bracket for air-outlet of air-conditioner in vehicle is provided, comprising: a shell base, a movable piece and a hook piece; the shell base comprising: a bearing base and a baffle protruding out of one side of the bearing base, with a hole in the center of the baffle; the movable piece being mounted on the bearing base and restricted to move in a direction towards the baffle without leaving the bearing base, the movable piece being abutted by a first spring to maintain tightness, the movable piece extending a connecting piece beyond the bearing base, the connecting piece being used to engage with an external mechanism, the movable piece being further disposed with an extending piece extending through the hole; the hook piece being mounted on the extending piece and the hook piece having a hook as front end. The invention is easy to operate and low-cost.

Abstract: Kinking of tubing can be prevented by use of a device comprising a first clamp, a second clamp, a first rod and a second rod. The first clamp and the second clamp carry the first rod and the second rod to form a frame, and the flexible tubing is secured to the first clamp and the second clamp. The device can be easily moved and adjusted by a user. The device can be attached to any location along the tubing and allow the tubing to bend past 90 degrees without kinking. Multiple devices can be used in series to route tubing in desired route without it kinking.

Abstract: Fasteners and methods for mounting a frame onto a previously installed mirror without requiring removal of the previously installed mirror are provided. Each fastener includes a support panel. A first bracket portion extends from a first face of the support panel and is configured to receive a portion of an outer edge of the previously installed mirror. A second bracket portion extends from a second face of the support panel and is configured to receive the frame.

Abstract: A ligature-resistant bag hanger for supporting an intravenous (IV) bag prevents formation of ligatures over an IV pole and on the bag support hooks. Internal components of the ligature-resistant IV bag hanger are enclosed in a housing. The internal components of the ligature-resistant bag hanger include one or more bag support hooks that have an extension portion extending from an interior of the housing and that are rotatable around an axle located within the housing. In a reset position, the bag support hook(s) support(s) an intravenous bag in a saddle portion of the hook up to a threshold weight limit. In a triggered position, initiated by a downward force in excess of the threshold weight limit rotating the hook downward, the hook rotates so that an attempted ligature formed above the saddle portion of the hook is released by retraction of the saddle portion of the within the housing.

Abstract: A plastic pipe clip includes a slitted annular body having a through slit to allow receiving a pipe in the annular body. The pipe clip includes pair of mounting flanges integrally formed on the annular body on an opposite side of the annular body as the side where the slit is located. The mounting flanges each having a support surface and at least one mounting hole adapted to mount the pipe clip to a support structure. The mounting flanges are arranged and configured to be pinched together so as to open the slit on the opposite side of the annular body.

Abstract: An attachment system is provided for attaching an external component to a chassis of a vehicle, such as components for performing snow clearance, road measurements, road surface marking assemblies, transport of vehicles or gear, including salvaging work and transport of heavy duty vehicles. The attachment system includes at least an elongated chassis coupler element, a fastening mechanism for fastening the chassis coupler element to the chassis when in a mounted position, a distance element, and a clamping mechanism. The coupler element is shaped to fit inside a hollow space of the distance element, and the clamping mechanism is operable to control an insertion length of the coupler element into the hollow space thereby controlling the clamping of the distance element and the chassis when the attachment device is in a mounted position.

The first main body includes a front contact surface portion having a contact portion, which the beverage container received in the receiving portion can contact. The front contact surface portion makes, at least at the contact portion, an obtuse angle with an imaginary line extending from a center of the first shaft member to the contact portion.

Abstract: A tree stand platform assembly includes a platform for supporting a hunter and which has a perimeter edge. The perimeter edge includes a front edge, a rear edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. The platform has a top surface, a bottom surface and an outer surface positioned between the top and bottom surfaces. The first and second lateral edges each include a front section abutting the front edge and a rear section abutting the rear edge. The rear section includes toe receiver. The toe receiver is formed by an obtuse angle formed in the outer surface of the rear section, wherein the obtuse angle is less than 160°. The toe receiver provides an engagement point for a hunter's foot as the hunter rotates laterally away from the platform.
