    Abstract: A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon a layer containing at least one copolymer coupler latex having a layered structure capable of forming a dye upon coupling with an oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent. The polymer coupler latex having a layered structure has an exceptionally good color forming property and is capable of forming a dye with a high yield and without the formation of undesired stains and fogs. The silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material containing the polymer coupler latex has good film strength and a reduced layer thickness and provides a color image having an improved sharpness. A method of forming a color image using the silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is also disclosed.

    Abstract: A process for processing a silver halide color photographic material is disclosed. The process particularly relates to bleaching and fixing of a color developed silver halide color photographic material. The color developed material is processed with an acid bleaching solution containing a ferric salt, inorganic salt and a halide. Immediately after the bleaching step, the photographic material is processed with the fixing solution containing 5 g/l to 50 g/l of polycarboxylic acids. By utilizing the bleaching and fixing steps disclosed it is possible to process a silver halide color photographic material rapidly utilizing a reduced number of baths, obtain an excellent bleaching rate and produce an image having excellent stability.

The overall area exposure is such that the photographic intensity ratios between various layers are not more than 6 and the intensity of such overall exposure has a value between light intensities which give 0.8 times the maximum image density of the particular emulsion layer and 10 times that light intensity value.

The photopolymerizable layer, after photocrosslinking, can be additionally cured by thermal crosslinking and is therefore suitable for the manufacture of solder resists and high performance printing plates.
