Abstract: A wristwatch having a watch case that rests against the radial side of a wearer's wrist is provided. The wristwatch includes a radial watch having a rigid band with a first and second end that forms a gap. A watch case is secured between the ends forming a closed loop. The rigid band is monolithic and sized in such a way that the watch case is disposed on the radial side of the wrist when worn. The watch case includes a face that can be oriented towards the wearer for convenient viewing. In one embodiment, the band includes padding on an interior side.

Abstract: A jewelry article (10, 110, 210) with an ornamental element (11) comprises a ring nut (12) with an internal seat (13) provided at one end of the ring nut with a first opening (14) for introduction of the ornamental element (11) and at an opposite end with a second opening (15) from which the ornamental element (11) emerges. A closing cap (16) closes the first opening (14) after the introduction of the ornamental element (11) into the seat (13). The closing cap (16) comprises a first peripherally threaded disk (18) and a second disk (19) with a face (24) which is intended to form an external closing surface of the first opening (14) of the ring nut. The two disks (18, 19) are fixed to each other. Fixing may be performed by means of fastening pins (26).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pad to be applied to an inner surface of a finger-ring, comprising an elastically compressible pad body and an adhesive layer adapted to adhere to the inner surface of the finger-ring, wherein, upon the finger-ring being worn upon a finger, the pad body is compressed, and the compressed pad body urges against the finger, such that rotation or movement of the finger-ring about or along the finger is inhibited. The present invention further relates to a method of use thereof, a method of formation thereof and a kit comprising an embodiment of the pad of the present invention.

Abstract: A lacing system configured to selectively adjust the size of an opening on an object and allow for the incremental release of the lace within the lacing system. The lacing system can have a reel comprising a housing, a spool supported by the housing, and a knob supported by the housing. The reel can be configured so that cable is gathered in the channel formed in the spool when the spool is rotated in a first direction relative to the housing, and so that cable can be incrementally released from the spool when the spool is rotated in a second direction relative to the housing. In some embodiments, the reel can include a rotation limiter which can be configured to prevent over-tightening of the lacing system and/or to prevent rotation past the substantially fully loosened state.

Abstract: A buckle according to the present invention has two opposing ends that are removably attached to each other using a locking system. On one end of the buckle, the locking system includes two opposing locking pins coupled to a spring that is fully enclosed and protected from external elements. On the other end, corresponding rivets or pin casings with plungers are operable to receive the locking pins and lock the two ends together or push the pins out of the casings to release the buckle. The buckle may also include a plug that is removably attached to the adjustable loop end and allows the central bar of the adjustable loop end to be removed without deforming the central bar. Alternatively, each end of the buckle may include self-aligning tabs that guide the ends of the buckle for fastening and aid in the stability of the buckle.

The retainer ring rotates 360 degrees to accommodate a flat and a perpendicular orientation to a wearer's chest. The retaining rod slides in and out of the retaining rod rings to hold the wedding ring between the retaining rod rings. A love bird pendant is slidingly attached to the necklace to move along its length. The medical alert necklace includes a personalized pendant that uniquely identifies the user as having a medical condition, and includes a quick response (QR) code accessible to identify an emergency contact person for the user and/or medical information about the user. The medical alert necklace can also include an alert system that receives an alert activation from a smartphone and activates to warn of a hypoglycemic condition of the user.
