Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a wireless communication device, an acquisition signal that uses a lower transmit power level than a transmit power level of one or more other acquisition signals transmitted by the wireless communication device. The UE may transmit, to the wireless communication device, a response message to the acquisition signal that uses an initial access power configuration associated with the acquisition signal, the response message indicating at least one low power capability of the UE or location information of the UE. The UE may communicate, with the wireless communication device, in a connected communication mode using a low power configuration that is based at least in part on the at least one low power capability of the UE or the location information of the UE. Numerous other aspects are described.
Abstract: A method and apparatus of a first network entity in a wireless communication system supporting ranging capability is provided. The method comprises: identifying, in a ranging block, one or more ranging rounds to transmit a ranging control message (RCM) and ranging ancillary data; generating the RCM including an advanced ranging control information element (ARC IE) that includes a ranging method field, wherein the ranging method field includes a value that indicates whether a ranging round following the RCM is used for ranging ancillary information exchange; transmitting, to a second network entity, the ranging ancillary data in the ranging round following the RCM when the value included in the ranging method field corresponds to ranging ancillary information exchange; and receiving, from the second network entity, an acknowledgement (ACK) corresponding to the ranging ancillary data.

Abstract: Systems for determining a phase of a device coupled to an electrical distribution system. The system includes a number of gateway devices configured to transmit a synchronization signal. The gateway device receives a node response message from a first node device that includes a duration value indicating a time between a receipt of the transmitted synchronization signal and a detected zero crossing. The gateway device compares the duration value against duration values received from node devices with a known phase connection and determines a phase of the first node device based on the comparison.

A transmission, based on a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure, is performed with the transmission power and via subcarriers of the first RBs: the uplink signal until a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) starting symbol; and the one or more transport blocks starting at the PUSCH starting symbol.
Abstract: A wireless device may transmit a first message, for a random access procedure, including a contention resolution identifier of the wireless device. Abstract: Wireless devices (clients) connect to different access points (AP) in a wireless network. The wireless network may determine that based on, for example, congestion of certain APs that a client should be steered away from a current AP. Steering may be conducted utilizing BSS transition management (BTM) messages to provide the client with a list of network-preferred APs for a transition. Clients may also have one or more preferred APs and may reject the BTM steering message if it does not include at least one client-preferred AP. To prevent rejection of the BTM message, at least one client-preferred AP may be added to the BTM message. To ensure the client is steered to a network-preferred AP, the client is blacklisted from connecting to the client-preferred AP until the client has been steered to a network-preferred AP.

Abstract: A device initiates voice communication sessions with a media resource function processor (MRFP) of a network, where each voice communication session communicates audio data via one or more network devices of the network. For each voice communication session, the device sends first audio data to the MRFP and receives second audio data from the MRFP via the voice communication session, processes the first audio data and second audio data to determine one or more characteristics of the second audio data, and generates a record concerning the voice communication session based on the one or more characteristics of the second audio data. The device generates a report based on a respective record of each voice communication session, processes the report using an artificial intelligence technique to identify an issue concerning at least one network device, and performs, based on identifying the issue, an action concerning the at least one network device.
Abstract: A UE and a base station are disclosed. The UE may receive, from a base station, an indication of a configuration of an SS and a set of candidate DL-RSs associated with a plurality of CG-SDT resources. The base station may monitor for the UL data transmission from the UE corresponding to a CG-SDT occasion of the CG-SDT resources. The UE may measure a RSRP of each of the set of candidate DL-RSs associated with the CG-SDT resources. The UE may select an UL beam based on the measured RSRP of each of the set of candidate DL-RSs associated with the CG-SDT resources. The UE may transmit, to the base station via the selected UL beam, the UL data transmission over a CG-SDT occasion of the plurality of CG-SDT resources. The UE may monitor the SS for a response to the UL data transmission from the base station.
