Abstract: A super-lubricity water lubricating additive, a super-lubricity water lubricant, a preparation method and application, wherein the additive is of a hollow spherical shell structure which includes at least one layer of spherical shell; the spherical shell sequentially includes a first polydopamine layer, a nanoparticle layer, a second polydopamine layer and an oxidized graphene layer from inside to outside, or a first polydopamine layer, a nanoparticle layer, a second polydopamine layer, a graphene layer and a third polydopamine layer from inside to outside; and nanoparticles of the nanoparticle layer are nano diamond, nano molybdenum disulfide or nano tungsten disulfide. The additive is prepared into a uniform aqueous solution to obtain the super-lubricity water lubricant. The additive can be easily adsorbed on a dual surface, and the nanoparticles released in a friction process cooperate with spherical oxidized graphene or graphene to form rolling friction so as to reduce frictional abrasion.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an ion gel having superior ion conductivity and mechanical strength, a polymer electrolyte including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof. The method of manufacturing the ion gel is capable of simply and effectively manufacturing a polymer matrix through a one-pot reaction, thus exhibiting simple processing steps to thereby manifest excellent processing efficiency and generate economic benefits. Moreover, the polymer electrolyte including the ion gel can exhibit superior ion conductivity and mechanical strength despite the low glass transition temperature (Tg) of the monomer contained in the polymer matrix.

Abstract: A coating for vehicle components, such as frame assemblies and cradle assemblies formed of steel, is provided. The coating includes a first layer including a high phosphate composition applied to the substrate, and a second layer including wax applied to the first layer. For example, the first layer can include a first inorganic acid, an inorganic salt, a second inorganic acid, nickel salt, and ammonium bifluoride; and the second layer can include petroleum, carbon black pigment, and a corrosion inhibitor, the corrosion inhibitor including magnesium. The coating has been found to improve corrosion resistance when applied to steel substrates, compared to wax coatings which are currently applied to steel substrates.

Abstract: Provided herein are polymer materials that find use in, for example, delivery of short-chain fatty acids. In particular, polymers are provided that form stable nanoscale structures and release their payload, for example, by cleavage of a covalent bond (e.g., via hydrolysis or enzymatic cleavage). The polymers are useful, for example, for delivery of payloads (e.g., SCFAs) to the intestine for applications in health and treatment of disease, and have broad applicability in diseases linked to changes in the human microbiota including inflammatory, autoimmune, allergic, metabolic, and central nervous system diseases, among others.

The organic-inorganic hybrid resin has T0, T1, T2, and T3 signals of 29Si-NMR, wherein a ratio of the sum of 3 times the integral value of T0 signal and 2 times the integral value of T1 signal and the integral value of T2 signal and the integral value of T3 signal ((3T0+2T1+T2)/T3) is from 0.3 to 1.2, wherein the T0 signal range is 35 ppm to 40 ppm, the T1 signal range is 48 ppm to 53 ppm, the T2 signal range is 55 ppm to 62 ppm, and the T3 signal range is 63 ppm to 72 ppm.

This room temperature moisture-curable silicone gel composition can be a silicone gel cured product which has a small variation rate of low-stress properties evaluated by the index such as penetration even under heat-resistant conditions exceeding 230° C. and which has excellent heat-resistance.
