Abstract: Method and system for implementing an adaptive investing methodology. An asset allocation is determined for each of a plurality of periods of a model duration that optimize an objective function. The asset allocations identify for each of the periods how much of the investment account to invest in one or more asset classes. The objective function subtracts a value of a shortfall risk function from an expected value of an amount of income to be generated by an annuity purchased at the end of the model duration with funds in the investment account at the end of the model duration. The asset allocations are associated with values of a plurality of investor variables. The values of the plurality of investor variables and their associated asset allocations may be stored in one or more wealth tables and used to look up asset allocations for one or more investors.

The DCV may be configured for use as a card verification value (CVV), also known as a card security code (CSC), a primary account number (PAN), or a portion of a PAN. The DCV may be generated using a DCV generator which may include an algorithm and a DCV generation key. The DCV generation key may be camouflaged. Obtaining a DCV from the user device may require inputting a PIN, a device identifier, a challenge or transaction information. The DCV may be used for any transaction requiring the input of a user identification number and a verification value, including, credit card transactions, debit card transactions, online or telephonic transactions.

Upon querying a database, the VWCS determines that the user has access to a virtual wallet and obtains virtual wallet card selection options for the user from the database. The VWCS provides the virtual wallet card selection options to a user mobile device, and obtains a user selection of an account included among the options. The VWCS initiates a purchase transaction using the user selection. Market maker entitlements are integrated with the order processing, so that the market maker is guaranteed an allocation of the trade if the market maker is at the NBBO when an order priced at or better than the NBBO is received. Once posted to the order book, the displayed price of an order may be eligible for preferential execution in a market maker entitlement process, regardless of whether the displayed price is original or has been automatically repriced.
