  • Patent number: 7036758
Abstract: A crushing chamber is formed between a concave liner and a mantle liner. The concave liner has a first area surface having a length of T to ?2T; a second and a third area surface; which surfaces are gradually inclined from the side of the inlet for the crushing chamber. The mantle liner has a first tapered surface having a length of greater than T, a cross angle of less than 20° and an inclination angle of greater than 60°; a second tapered surface having a length of greater than 0.5T and a cross angle of 5° to 10°; and a third tapered surface having an inclination angle of 45° to 50°. The area surfaces as well as the tapered surfaces are continuously arranged in a curvilinear manner. The shapes enhance the throughput of goods in a good fine-crushing performance, reducing the uneven abrasion due to the action.

  • Patent number: 7028934
Abstract: An accumulator assembly comprising at least two accumulators that are hydraulically interconnected to the same source of hydraulic fluid. Each accumulator containing an energy absorbing medium which is compressible when a movable barrier which separates the hydraulic fluid from the energy absorbing medium is acted upon by an increase in pressure of the hydraulic fluid. When the assembly contains two accumulators, one accumulator contains a compressibility limiter which interrupts the compressibility of the energy absorbing medium within the accumulator and the other accumulators does not contain a compressibility limiter so that the energy absorbing media therein may be fully compressed by the hydraulic fluid. The accumulator assembly is favorably utilized in a vertical roller mill.

  • Patent number: 7021574
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a vibration isolation gasket for mounting a food waste disposer to a sink that is at least partially molded onto a portion of the housing of the disposer, and preferably to the disposer's container cover. The vibration isolation gasket preferably includes a rubberized and integrally-formed gasket portion, sleeve portion, and over-molded portion. The gasket portion couples to the drain opening and may contain pleats to prevent food ejection from the disposer. The sleeve portion connects the gasket and over-molded portions, bears the weight of the disposer as it hangs from the sink, and acts as the primary structure for reducing vibration-induced noise. The over-molded portion is preferably molded onto the top and bottom of the container cover, which is in turns crimped to the remainder of the disposer housing.

  • Patent number: 7017842
Abstract: A bale processor with a processing chamber includes a manipulator driven by a drive system that includes a hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor of the drive system drives a drive shaft with an axis of rotation offset from a driven shaft of the manipulator. A rotation transmission mechanism allows a higher torque to be applied to the manipulator than may be applied by the hydraulic motor alone and, thereby, leads to improved performance for the bale processor. Additionally, the hydraulic motor may be sized such that the peak allowable pressure of the hydraulic motor is higher than the peak output pressure of the power source used to drive the hydraulic motor.

  • Patent number: 7014133
Abstract: A mechanical delaying device of a shredder includes a lever connected with a spindle at frames of blade assemblies, a roller accommodated around a shaft at an end of the lever, a baffle fastened at an end of the shaft, a spring disposed between the roller and the baffle, and a helical cam disposed at an outer side of a fixing plate of one of the blade assemblies. When paper is not inserted, the roller presses against the spring and blocks at an outer end of the cam. When paper is inserted, paper is pressed downward for driving and rotating the spindle such that the roller is displaced outward from the cam. A restoring force of the spring pushes the roller inward. The roller follows the cam as the cam is rotated by the blade assemblies, driving the roller to an outermost end of the cam, thereby accomplishing delaying and halting purposes.
