  • Patent number: 11978098
Abstract: In some implementations, a computing device may obtain an original digital media asset published to a server device along with a distributed ledger that tracks ownership of the original digital media asset. The computing device may generate a customized digital media asset that replaces the original digital media asset, and modify the distributed ledger to indicate the customization or modification of the original digital media asset and identify the customized digital media asset and the ownership thereof. The computing device may publish the customized digital media asset to a server device for distribution. Upon transfer of ownership of the customized digital media asset to a new owner, the distributed ledger may be modified to indicate the new ownership of the customized digital media asset.

  • Patent number: 11972426
Abstract: A method for authenticating a user includes receiving an authorization request for a transaction from an account. A plurality of authentication questions each having a corresponding correct answer are associated with the account. A first set of authentication questions of the plurality of authentication questions is transmitted to a communication device by way of an interactive voice response (IVR) call. A first set of user-generated answers corresponding to the first set of authentication questions is received from the communication device. The method further includes determining whether the user is an account holder of the account based on at least the first set of user-generated answers. The transaction is processed based on the determination that the user is the account holder of the account, thereby authenticating the user.

  • Patent number: 11842341
Abstract: An approval request is transmitted for a cryptoasset transaction in accordance with a policy stored in a hardware security module (“HSM”). The policy specifies at least one specific approver required for approval of the cryptoasset transaction. The approval request is transmitted to a computer device associated with the specific approver and is configured to cause the computer device to prompt the specific approver to approve the cryptoasset transaction. A security key is received from a hardware security token associated with the specific approver. The security key indicates an approval of the cryptoasset transaction. A risk analysis module authenticates an identity of the specific approver based on the security key. Responsive to the authenticating of the identity of the specific approver, the HSM signs the cryptoasset transaction using a cryptographic key stored in the HSM.

  • Patent number: 11836715
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for dynamic routing of electronic transactions while maintaining token compatibility. One method comprises receiving a request message from a merchant system and determining a final destination payment processor based on a routing directive. Upon determining the final destination payment processor, the request message may be updated by updating a message destination to the final destination payment processor and replacing an initial token with a token that is compatible with the final destination payment processor. The updated request message may then be transmitted to a downstream entity for further processing.

  • Patent number: 11663595
Abstract: System and media for determining whether to conduct a transaction with a consumer claiming an identity. Identity points for the identity are stored in a first blockchain. Past transactions conducted by the party are stored in a second blockchain. Permission to read and/or write to the various blockchains are stored in a third blockchain. When the consumer desires to conduct a transaction, they can append a permission for the counterparty to access the identity and/or transaction chains to their permission chain. The counterparty can then make an informed decision as to whether to conduct the transaction with the consumer based on the information stored in the various blockchains.
