Abstract: According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, a method for recommending pet food for a pet is disclosed. The method includes receiving pet information corresponding to the pet from a client user device of a user associated with the pet and generating a set of attributes relating to the pet based on the pet information. The method further includes determining a temperature classification corresponding to the pet based on the set of attributes and determining a recipe score corresponding to the pet based upon the temperature classification and the set of attributes. The method further includes determining a pet food recommendation from a pet product database based on the temperature classification, and providing a diet recommendation indicating the pet food recommendation the user via a communication network.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing product recommendations, comprising receiving, from a user device, a search query, defining, using a query handler cluster, context associated with the search query, identifying, using a search cluster, one or more products associated with the defined context, filtering, using the search cluster, the one or more products associated with the defined context based on features associated with the one or more products stored in a database, ranking, using the search cluster, the one or more products associated with the defined context based on a score generated for each product, and displaying, on the user device, product recommendations, wherein the product recommendations comprise a number of the one or more ranked products.

Abstract: Systems and methods of applications for wearable devices are disclosed. In some embodiments, a wearable device receives data from a personal computing device communicatively coupled to the wearable device. The data can correspond to content of an online marketplace. In response to receiving the data, the content can be caused to be displayed on the wearable device. The wearable device can detect an input from a user. The input can correspond to a requested action. The wearable device can transmit at least one instruction to the personal computing device. The instruction(s) can be configured to cause the personal computing device to perform the requested action.

Abstract: A method for generating and displaying a print product offering including a plurality of digital images is provided. In one aspect the method comprises: generating a group of digital images from the plurality of digital images; classifying each of the digital images within the group based on an image quality parameter that is a predetermined minimum image file size; selecting only the digital images in the group which conform to the image quality parameter; providing a pre-developed electronic image product layout including a plurality of virtual orifices; populating the plurality of virtual orifices with only the digital images which conform to the image quality parameter to provide an image product template design; and displaying the image product template design as the print product offering on a display of the computing device.

The private infrastructure is configured for use in edge computing and is listed with the auction house. Bidding is performed and a winning bidder is awarded with the use of the private infrastructure. When listing, the hardware and/or other aspects of the private infrastructure are verified and the winning bidder receives a digital key that enables the winning bidder to use the private infrastructure in accordance with the auction and/or in accordance with a pricing model associated with the private infrastructure.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method related to generating or using a shopping list are disclosed. Shopping lists aid a consumer in purchasing items. The apparatus and method may be used to trigger when to generate a shopping list, what items to include on the shopping list, cost associated with purchasing one or more items on the shopping list, sharing of or collaborating on the generation or purchase of items on the shopping list, using location-based tools (such as geo-fencing) when using a shopping list, evaluating different payment methods when purchasing items, and routing to/within stores when purchasing items from a shopping list.

Abstract: A method of monitoring user interactions with a networked device includes receiving image data associated with one or more images of a user, computing a plurality of visual features of the one or more images from the image data, and calculating, by a processing device, a style characteristic from the plurality of visual features. The method include calculating, by the processing device, a lifestyle characteristic based on the style characteristic and calculating, by the processing device, a user preference based on the lifestyle characteristic. The method includes determining a recommendation of a product based on the user preference and providing the recommendation to a user device associated with the user.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention include a computer-implemented method for generating product recommendations used a hypergraph. The computer-implemented method includes generating a product embedding vector for a product unpurchased by a consumer based on a hypergraph. Generating a consumer embedding vector for the consumer based on the hypergraph. An affinity between the consumer and a product unpurchased by the consumer is scored based on the product embedding vector and the consumer embedding vector. A digital description of the unpurchased product is retrieved based on the scoring. The digital description is presented to the consumer.

Abstract: A system and method for aggregating, accessing and transacting a plurality of business application has been described. The system is a conglomeration of the plurality of business applications which provide point solutions to everyday problems of small and medium businesses. The system allows the business application owners to register their business application on the platform. Further the system enables business owners to browse, view details, avail demos and purchase subscriptions to the business applications on the platform. The system further enables business application owners to provide a sales and access point to a wider business customer audience through a one stop shop for the plurality of business applications.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for augmenting a customer image with at least one virtual object. One or more customer images depicting a customer environment are received from a customer computing device and 3D feature data for the customer images is determined. A virtual object is determined which corresponds to a desired merchant item. A positioning signal is received which corresponds to a desired location of virtual object in the customer environment, and a corresponding first location in each customer image at which to overlay the virtual object using the positioning signal is determined. An appropriate size and orientation of the virtual object is determined for each customer image based on corresponding 3D feature data, causing an overlay of an appropriately sized and oriented virtual object at the corresponding first location in customer images.

Abstract: A method to display an illustration to conduct an expedited electronic transaction is provided. Consumer identification information identifying a consumer is received. The consumer identification information is stored in association with a web browser of a consumer's device. A customized illustration is displayed based on the received consumer identification information on the consumer's device. A request is received for the expedited electronic transaction by swiping the customized illustration across a portion of the display of the consumer's device. Transaction data sufficient to complete the electronic transaction is sent to the merchant based on the swipe of the customized illustration across display of the consumer's device.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a system, method, and computer program for matching products across merchants and updating registries based on other users' actions. A registry product database is maintained with product records that correspond to items that have been added to users' registries. Information is received related to a new registry item added to a user's registry from a merchant source. The system determines whether the new registry item matches a product record in the registry product database. If no match, a new product record is created for the new registry item and associated with a new merchant offer. If a match, the registry item is associated with the matching product record and the associated merchant offer is updated. The registries of all users in the system having a registry item matching the product record are updated to reflect a new merchant source or a different valid price.

Abstract: A method including receiving a basket including basket items selected by a user from an item catalog. The method also can include grouping the basket items of the basket into categories based on a respective item category of each of the basket items. The method additionally can include randomly sampling a respective anchor item from each of the categories. The method further can include generating a respective list of complementary items for the respective anchor item for the each of the categories based on a respective score for each of the complementary items generated using two sets of trained item embeddings for items in the item catalog and using trained user embeddings for the user. The two sets of trained item embeddings and the trained user embeddings can be trained using a triple embeddings model with triplets.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for an intelligent shelf display system that creates an intimate customer experience and helps retailers increase operational efficiencies. The system is comprised of a cabinet top to display animated and/or graphical content and is mounted on top of in-store shelves. A fascia to display animated and/or graphical content is extended along each shelf of the in-store shelves. A media player executes multiple media files that are simultaneously displayed on the cabinet top and the fascia. The cabinet top and the fascia display content to entice customers to approach the shelves, and then the fascia switch to displaying pricing information once a customer is nearby. A proximity sensor detects the presence of the customer. Stock sensors track the inventory stocked on the in-store shelves. Alerts are created once the merchandise remaining on the shelves is reduced to a predetermined minimum threshold quantity.

Abstract: A system includes a device, a database, and a processor. The device receives a social network post including text and an image depicting a customizable product. The database stores a purchase history of a user of the device. In response to determining that the device displayed the post, the processor determines, using a machine learning algorithm, that the image depicts the product and determines a set of retailers offering the product. The processor predicts, based in part on the purchase history, a customization for the customizable feature of the product that the user prefers and a retailer of the set of retailers offering the customized product. The processor then sends a recommendation of the customized product to the user, including a link to purchase the product from the predicted retailer. Then, in response to receiving a purchase request from the user, the processor completes a purchase of the customized product.

Abstract: Systems and methods for guided vehicle matching are disclosed. In order to generate vehicle recommendations for a user of an electronic vehicle listing service, a plurality of vehicle-related lifestyle options are presented to the user, and a user selection received. Additional data regarding the user's vehicle preferences, requirements, or usage may be obtained. Based upon such information, a set of example vehicles is generated and presented to the user. Each example vehicle has characteristics representing a plurality of other vehicles. Based upon user ratings or selections of at least some of the example vehicles, a plurality of vehicle recommendations for specific available vehicles are generated and presented to the user. In some embodiments, further user interaction with such recommendations is used to refine the vehicle recommendations and identify additional vehicle recommendations.

Abstract: Disclosed are various embodiments for blockchain-based product configuration and referral. An originator may interact with a product configuration service to generate a product combination, which may include a particular combination and arrangement of physical or virtual items. A blockchain data object may be generated that is unique to the product configuration. The blockchain data object may be inserted into a blockchain using a blockchain network service such that, when the product configuration is subsequently accessed or consumed by another user account, a predetermined task is performed in association with a user account of the originator.

Abstract: A system for use in monitoring an operation of a classification model in generating estimated labels for item records is described herein. The system receives a current labeling budget value including a number of trusted labels available for use in a labeling operation, determines a current selection probability for each item record included in an item list as a function of the current labeling budget value, selects a plurality of item records from the item list as a function of each corresponding current selection probability, and generates a sampling list including the selected item records. The system determines a risk measurement value associated with the classification model indicating an accuracy of the estimated labels as compared to trusted labels associated with the item records.

A terminal, located adjacent or in proximity to a merchandise display, comprises a touch screen device, associated with the product category, configured to present a subset of products within the product category, determining the subset of products within the product category according to an algorithm that may take into account a profile of a shopper interacting with the terminal, a location of the terminal inside the physical merchant store, and products that are located in proximity to the terminal. The terminal is further configured to receive a shopper selection associated with at least one of the products in the subset of products within the product category for fulfillment.
