Abstract: A cover for a container that includes a lid portion and a collar element. The lid portion having a main body section surrounded by a peripheral sealing shoulder. The collar element having a peripheral collar sealing shoulder that includes a collar groove and wherein the lid portion is connected to the collar portion through a hinge element. The lid portion, collar element and hinge portion are formed as a unitary structure and the lid portion articulates from an open positon in which it is spaced apart from the collar element to a closed position wherein the peripheral bead sealing shoulder of the lid portion engages with the peripheral collar sealing shoulder of the collar element.

Abstract: A container capable of suppressing the unexpected opening of a pair of upper walls including a first side wall and a second side wall facing each other; a third side wall provided therebetween; a first upper wall and a second upper wall; and a locking member. The first side wall and the second side wall face each other. The first upper wall and the second upper wall are configured to be rotatable with respect to the first side wall and the second side wall, respectively. The locking member includes a fixed portion and an engagement portion, the fixed portion being fixed to the third side wall, the engagement portion being engaged with at least one of the first upper wall and the second upper wall to prevent the first upper wall and the second upper wall from opening.

Abstract: A lid for a container assembly is disclosed. The lid is configured for locking engagement with the container such that accidental or unintentional removal of the lid from the container is resisted. The lid includes an outer skirt that overlies the outer surface of the container about an upper rim. The outer skirt includes a plurality of lid locking members that are disposed at spaced apart intervals about the outer periphery of the skirt and extend inwardly, relative to the outer skirt, for engaging an outwardly extending container lip. Disposition of the lid on the container is with effect that the plurality of lid locking members deflect outwardly as the lid is displaced downwardly over the container lip, the lid locking members returning to their inwardly disposed position once clear of the lip. The inward disposition of the lid locking members effects a robust engagement between the container and lid.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to storage boxes commonly used to organize and store items such as school-related supplies that may be carried by a student. The storage boxes generally include a lid and a base. The base optionally includes a divider which provides for two or more storage portions within an interior of the base, while also acting as a functional grip on the outside of the box. A latch mechanism is provided which securely latches the lid and base together in a closed configuration.

Abstract: A container including a lid, a first body, a second body and a latch is provided. The first body connects to the lid by a first hinge for pivoting between a lid closed position and a lid open position. The first body defines a storage cavity. The second body connects to the first body by a second hinge for pivoting the first body relative to the second body between a first body closed position and a first body open position. The second body defines a storage cavity. The latch is attached to the second body. The latch is transitionable between a latched position in which the latch engages the lid and prevents transitioning either the lid or the first body to the corresponding open positions.

Abstract: Containers for storing food in a storage compartment may include a base portion of the container. The storage compartment is sealed with a film to get the food stored in the storage compartment fresh. The container further includes a reversible lid that is able to attach to the base portion of the container in two different configurations. In a first configuration the reversible lid attaches to the base portion without affecting the seal created by the film. In a second configuration the reversible lid attaches to the base portion when the lid is inverted and the film is removed from the base portion.

Abstract: A foldable container adjustable between an unfolded condition and a folded condition comprises a roof panel and an opposing base panel, a front panel and an opposing door panel which are each hingedly connected to solely the roof panel, a right side panel and an opposing left side panel, a right side roof skirt and an opposing left side roof skirt having disparate heights, a left side compound beam and a right side compound beam extending from the base panel, and a left side hinge-beam structure and a right side hinge-beam structure each having a hinge point and a skirt retaining portion. The right side panel and the left side panel are hingedly coupled to their respective hinge-beam structures at the hinge points. The hinge points lie in different horizontal planes. The hinge points lie within a midline of their respective side panel.

Abstract: A variable volume evacuable container has a closed bottom, an open top, and a spirally threaded inner wall extending therebetween. A lid configured to threadably engage the inner wall has a top surface, a perimeter, a bottom surface, and a funneling volume within the perimeter and below the bottom surface. A duct is defined through the top and bottom surfaces at the apex of the funneling volume, and a moveable baffle is coupled to the top surface to cover or uncover the duct. The bottom surface slopes continuously upward to the apex so that downward rotation of the lid against contained liquid forces air out of the duct until the liquid fills the funneling volume, allowing the baffle to seal the liquid from air by covering the duct.

Abstract: A container is provided for receiving a bag filled with a fluid, in particular a biopharmaceutical fluid, in which connector tubing is attached to the bag. The container includes a dish portion and a lid portion, and the dish portion is divided into a main compartment of the container and a tubing compartment of the container. The lid portion includes a main portion, a tubing portion, and a hinge between the main portion and the tubing portion, and the hinge is adapted to allow for an opening of the tubing portion while the main portion remains closed, such that the bag remains protected in the main compartment while the connector tubing in the tubing compartment is accessible from outside of the container.

The sound producing beverage container includes a reed assembly mounted to the top surface. The reed assembly includes a substantially flat reed having opposing leading and trailing reed edges. The reed assembly includes a bridge disposed adjacent the reed. The bridge includes opposing leading and trailing bridge edges and a bulge in the bridge along the leading edge of the bridge, the bulge extending away from the reed. A portion of the leading edge of the reed is disposed between the container top surface and the bridge. A gas moving along the device surface toward the leading edge of the bridge may be directed toward the leading edge of the reed and across the reed leading edge causing the reed to vibrate, the vibration producing a vibratory sound.

Abstract: A tamper-evident container including: a container body having a first hollow convex loop on a periphery of an opening thereof; and a lid having a second hollow convex loop and a force application structure, where the second hollow convex loop is used to engage with the first hollow convex loop, and a loop-shaped breakable line is provided on a loop-shaped top surface of the second hollow convex loop; where, when an illegitimate user applies a lifting force on any local area of the second hollow convex loop of the lid to make the local area moving upward with a displacement exceeding a threshold, a corresponding local area of the loop-shaped breakable line will be broken to show that the tamper-evident container has been tampered with.

A peripheral locking rim is integrally formed on the end portion of the peripheral skirt. The locking rim has a proximal end hingedly connected to the peripheral skirt and allowing the peripheral locking rim to be folded inwardly towards an inner surface of the end portion, such that, when the locking rim is in the folded state, a distal end thereof can move beyond and engage under a peripheral ledge of the container to lock the base to the container. The end portion of the skirt has on the inner surface an engagement surface portion and a widening surface portion towards an end of the peripheral skirt.

When the actuator area has been actuated, the fasteners between the lid extension and the container are more easily releasable and, where applicable, easier to close.

Abstract: A reusable beverage container has a glass cup having a formed mouth having a smooth exterior frustoconical surface which widens in exterior diameter towards a rim of the mouth. The mouth has a height of greater than 15 mm. A lid engages the mouth. The lid has a top section and an elastomeric skirt, the top section having a drinking aperture therethrough and the skirt defining an inner frustoconical surface and an outer surface. The inner frustoconical surface conforms in shape and size to the outer frustoconical surface and the skirt thickening towards a lower edge thereof.

Abstract: A container system includes a container having a plurality of sidewalls and a rim extending from the sidewalls at a top of the container. The rim of the container includes a first sealing part and a second sealing part. Parts of the rim extend along arcs as viewed from above the container. The container system also includes a lid for sealing the container, with the lid having a rim that includes a first sealing part that is configured to contact the first sealing part of the rim of the container to form a first sealing area, and a second sealing part that is configured to contact the second sealing part of the rim of the container to form a second sealing area. Parts of the rim of the lid extend along arcs as viewed from above the lid. The container may be tightly sealed by the lid.

In examples, a multi-vessel drink container includes a primary vessel, a secondary vessel, a primary closure configured to close the primary vessel, and a secondary closure configured to close the secondary vessel. In examples, the primary closure includes a primary closure base portion that defines a storage compartment and a compartment closure configured to close the storage compartment. In examples, the secondary vessel is configured to be selectively transitioned between a nested configuration, in which the secondary vessel is operatively coupled to the primary vessel, and a drink configuration, in which the secondary vessel is removed from the primary vessel. In examples, the secondary closure is configured to be selectively transitioned between a stowed configuration, in which the secondary closure is received within the storage compartment, and a use configuration, in which the secondary closure is operatively coupled to the secondary vessel.
