Abstract: A float with a beverage holder cooler has two (2) interior voids configured for ice storage within the cooler separated by a central wall. The voids are accessed by a common side wall which is securable in a closed position by a strap and a fastener. A beverage container holding aperture is disposed within the top center face of the cooler and extends into the common side wall.
Abstract: A lid assembly including a camming lever and a sealing member for selectively sealing and unsealing a drinking aperture of a lid main body. The camming lever is rotatably to selectively move the sealing member between a sealed position adjacent to and an unsealed position spaced apart from the drinking aperture. The camming lever includes a lever arm extending from two cams having a cam axle extending therebetween. The cam axle is pivotally attached to the sealing member, which is pivotally attached to the lid main body. The cams engage an upper surface of the lid main body. A stub axle extends laterally outward from each cam and engages a ledge which limiting upward movement of the cams.
Abstract: A modular container system has an interior dividable into compartments of variable size and includes a base having a bottom and sidewalls extending from the bottom to define an interior volume. At least one opposing pair of the sidewalls have regions arranged opposite each other, each of the regions including protrusions to form pairs of opposing protrusions, each of the regions further including indents positioned in correspondence with the protrusions. At least one barrier extends between the opposing protrusions to divide the interior volume of the base into a plurality of compartments. The barrier has an elongate body and a tab portion extending from each end of the body. Each tab portion is bendable to orient an underside of each tab portion to face a respective protrusion, a longitudinal end of each said tab portion engaging with a corresponding indent, to form a press-fit coupling.
Abstract: A scoop attaching device is a set of nestable measuring cups with attachable magnets, which allow each cup to store within the next larger size cup and stay together while being stored on the lid within a storage container, keeping the measuring cups out of the storage container material until ready for use.
Abstract: A non-spill drinking container lid device comprising a collar, a sealing element, and a twist fastener that may be assembled and then attached as a lid device to a drinking container. When a person wants to drink from the container, suction by the mouth and compression by a person's lip causes the sealing element to separate from the collar and allow liquid to flow. The twist fastener provides for adding contents to the container without removing the sealing element or collar.
Abstract: A container is described comprising: a base comprising a mouth, a first edge obtained around the mouth and a second edge connected to the first edge by a lower wall; a cover capable of being closed again on the base, the cover comprising a base wall and an edge connected to the base wall and adapted to be assembled with interference on the first edge of the base; the lower wall further comprising a breaking line along which the separation of the second edge from the first edge and from the base is adapted to occur to allow opening the container providing evidence of the occurred opening, the first upper wall of the first edge having sizes greater than those of the opening of the edge, to assemble with interference the first edge of the base inside the edge of the cover when the cover is closed on the base.
Abstract: A pulp-molded paper lid for a beverage cup and a method for fabricating the same is introduced. While said pulp-molded paper lid bears an external pressure to accommodate the convex-ridge ring of the cup body therein, by preloading of an insertion force of said convex-ridge ring, a generating-elasticity device of said pulp-molded paper lid is pre-compressed to compressively deform, along inward directions respectively opposite to radial directions of said pulp-molded paper lid. By removal of said external pressure, a movable bearing wall and an outermost sidewall of said generating-elasticity device exert two reversed elastically-rebound forces by a stretched deformation occurring therebetween, for clamp-retaining two opposed sides of said convex-ridge ring. Said generating-elasticity device is released from the pre-compression to exert preloaded elastic forces along said radial directions, for strengthening the clamp-retention and avoiding the technical problems of the prior arts.

Abstract: A closure assembly is disclosed for a work machine having a supply tank with a tank opening. The closure assembly has a lid and lift, actuator and latch mechanisms. When the closure assembly is attached to the tank, the lift mechanism is configured to support the lid off of the tank opening. The actuator mechanism mounts to the lid to move the lid with respect to the tank opening between first and second positions in which in the first position the lid overlies the tank opening and in the second position the lid is substantially clear of the tank opening. The latch mechanism may be moved into a latched orientation in which when the lid is in the first position the latch mechanism latches the lid into engagement with the tank opening.

Abstract: A multi-chamber container is provided having a main container and a main lid. The main container is configured to receive a first inner container which rests on the rim section of the main container. An optional cover for the first inner container is typically provided. A second inner container is releasably attached to, and held to, the lower surface of the main lid by an inner attachment section. The main container is sealed by a skirt section on the main lid so that the contents within the main container, the first inner container, and the second inner container, are only accessible when the lid has been detached from the container, and the first and second containers have been removed. A low cost, easily assembled, secure, single-use, multi-chamber container is provided.

Abstract: A child-resistant closure device for a rigid plastic container having a tapered neck section and method of manufacture. The device has a substantially circular neck and inner lid surface. The neck includes anchors which engage with nodes on the inner lid surface. The tapered section of the neck acts as a spring engaging the nodes with the anchors. The closure device may be engaged by rotating the lid in relation to the neck. To disengage the closure device a simultaneous downward and rotational force must be applied. The lid and the container, including the closure, can be blow molded at the same time or separately.
