The method may include adding a workflow stage to the workflow process in the content management system (CMS). The method may also include adding a test associated with the workflow stage. The method may further include determining if a criteria threshold is met based on the test associated with the workflow stage. Additionally, the method may include publishing the new workflowed item based on the criteria threshold being met.

Abstract: Systems and methods of dynamically identifying supported items in an application are described. In one example, an analytics engine receives an indication of available client data, a user's enterprise role, and/or a user's security level. The analytics engine identifies a first subset of supported semantic items (e.g., business topics, business topics, measures, etc.) and a second subset of unsupported semantic items. For example, a semantic item may be supported if corresponding client data is available for analysis and the user's role/security level enable access to the client data. The analytics engine may send data including the supported semantic items and excluding the unsupported semantic items to an application.

Abstract: Techniques for customized kiosk modes of operation are provided. A kiosk is configured to recognize periods of operation that are slow, moderate, or busy. A number of factors can be used to automatically recognize these periods and change the periods on demand. For each type of period (slow, moderate, or busy), the kiosk uses a different customized mode of operation so as to optimally use the kiosk for the benefit of the kiosk owner, customers interfacing with the kiosk, and marketers selling advertisements via the kiosk.

Abstract: A method and system for remotely managing business processes via a mobile device is provided. The method includes enabling, for a user, an application integrated with analytic models and geo-positioning technology. The user and a location of the user are identified. Preferences associated with the user are identified and a status of business processes associated with the entity at the location is monitored. In response, a status of the entity at the location is determined. Status data associated with the status is presented to the user via the mobile device. The status data is based on the preferences. The user may initiate an escalation process based on the status provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling online shopping within a physical store or retailer location are provided. A wireless network connection may be provided to a consumer device at a retailer location on behalf of a retailer, and content requested by the consumer device via the wireless network connection may be identified. Based upon an evaluation of the identified content, a determination may be made that the consumer device is attempting to access information associated with a competitor of the retailer or an item offered for sale by the retailer. At least one control action may then be directed based upon the determination.

Abstract: A computer identifies an available task assignment, which is location independent for completion, and determines if an assignee is available to perform work on the task assignment. The assignee's availability is based in part on information received from a mobile device of the assignee. When a change in availability is determined by the mobile device, the mobile device sends the assignee's availability information to the computer, indicating the change. If the computer determines that the assignee is available, then the computer sends the task assignment information to the mobile device of the assignee. If the computer determines the assignee is not available, then the computer sends the task assignment information to a delegate of the assignee. The computer monitors the completion of a task assignment. If the computer determines that a task assignment has not, or can not, be timely completed, then the task assignment is reassigned to a delegate.

Abstract: A computer-implemented engine, system and method for generating business valuations, scoring, and/or flagging over a network, responsively to information input by a user remote from the engine, system and method. The invention may include a graphical user interface capable of locally querying a user to input the company information, at least one network port capable of remotely receiving the company information from the graphical user interface, and at least one engine communicatively connected to the at least one network port, which engine preferably includes a plurality of rules to generate, responsively to the input company information, at least one of a business valuation, a business score, and/or one or more business flags to be used as indicators in a network marketplace, for the company associated with the inputted company information.
