  • Patent number: 9929547
Abstract: An angle block apparatus and method of stringing cable is provided. The apparatus includes an angle block frame having an enclosed frame perimeter structure. A rotatable roller wheel is connected to the angle block frame and positioned interior of the enclosed frame perimeter structure. A connector is affixed to the angle block frame and sized to retain the angle block frame in a substantially stationary position. The method of stringing cable includes, in part, disconnecting a sled carrying the cable from a messenger wire trolley. The sled and cable attached thereto is then moved through the angle block frame from a first side to a second side of the angle block frame. The trolley is moved from the first side to the second side of the angle block frame without going through the angle block frame. The sled is then reattached to the messenger wire trolley on the second side.

  • Patent number: 9902081
Abstract: A plate material processing system includes a plate material processing machine and a loader. The plate material processing machine holds a front end portion of an unprocessed plate material by a work holder and moves the unprocessed plate material on a table forward, backward, leftward and rightward. The loader includes: a plate material attaching unit; and a pivoting mechanism for pivoting the plate material attaching unit on a predefined arc-shaped trajectory while maintaining the plate material attaching unit in a constant orientation as viewed in a planar manner. When the plate material attaching unit is at a foremost position, the work holder is positioned to the other side of the left and right sides relative to a processing head, away from the unprocessed plate material loading position side, thereby preventing the work holder and the plate material attaching unit from interfering with each other.

  • Patent number: 9889549
Abstract: A precision handle for hand tools has a body, an elastic element, a sheath, a pressing element, and a group of balls. The mounting protrusion protrudes axially from a rear end of the body. The elastic element is mounted in the body. The sheath is mounted around the mounting protrusion. The pressing element is mounted through and engages with the sheath. The group of balls includes a first ball and a second ball. The first ball is mounted in the mounting protrusion and abuts the elastic element. The second ball is mounted between the pressing element and the first ball. The first ball abuts against the second ball at one point of contact when the pressing element is pressed, thereby decreasing the friction between the body and the sheath. Accordingly, the precision handle for hand tools can be operated smoothly and efficiently.

  • Patent number: 9839992
Abstract: The present invention discloses a deburring brush, comprising a pressing plate, jacking posts, copper sleeves, gaskets, guide posts, springs and bristle units. When the bristle units need replacement, it only needs to place the deburring brush on the ground and then press down edges of the front side of a top plate, so that all the bristle units will fall off against the suction force of strong magnets under the action of each jacking post. According to the present invention, it avoids being time consuming and labor intensive due to removing the bristle units one by one by using a screw driver or other similar devices while replacing the bristle units, and at the same time the replacing speed of bristles is greatly increased.
