Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve providing a platform user notification to users in a chat session. A user device receives from a server chat status message data for a chat session. The user device detects a specified platform being used by a user in the chat session based on the chat status message data. The user device provides a chat session user interface a platform presence icon associated with the user indicating that the user is using the specified platform.

Abstract: A system that allows for channel and platform agnostic automated scheduling. A user that is registered with the system may add an automated assistant into a pre-existing communication thread or channel, such as a short messaging service (“SMS”) conversation between multiple friends. Any user in the thread may interact with the assistant even if not registered with the system. Once present, the assistant analyzes messages sent to the thread for wake words that trigger actions or responses by the system, including automated scheduling actions. When scheduling is invoked, the system will find acceptable times based on top-down and bottom-up availability provided by registered users, and will propose meeting times until one is accepted by some or all of the participants. Once accepted, the system will confirm the meeting, update linked calendars, and provide reminders to attendees.

Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for integrated booking of rooms and media resources, such as display devices. An example methodology implementing the techniques includes responsive to an activation of an access Uniform Resource Locator (URL) on a computing device, receiving information associated with a booking of a room and a display device, generating a token for accessing the display device and providing to the computing device the token and an address of the display device. The method also includes, responsive to receiving the token from the display device, authenticating the token and, responsive to authenticating the token, allowing use of the display device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for visual cue based messaging. A visual cue module can provide visual cue data indicative of a visual cue assigned for a contact or a group of contacts from a contact list. A messenger module can output on a display a messenger application GUI. The messenger application GUI includes a message field, a message window with a message thread between a user and the contact or the group of contacts, and a virtual keyboard. The messenger module can output the messenger application GUI with a visual cue graphical element representative of the visual cue to provide a visual indication of the contact or the group of contacts on the display to the user based on the visual cue data. The visual cue can be associated with the messaging field, the message thread, or at least one virtual key of the virtual keyboard.

Abstract: Systems and methods for video conference content auto-retrieval and focus based on learned relevance is provided. In accordance with the systems and methods, audio streams and video streams from client devices participating in a video conference are received. Based on the audio streams, a subject being discussed during the video conference at a point in time is determined. A video stream that is most relevant to the subject being discussed during the video conference at the point in time is determined from the video streams. The determined video stream is provided to the client devices for presentation on the client devices while the subject is being discussed during the video conference.

Abstract: Techniques for delivering a distributed network security service providing isolation of customer data are described. One example method includes assigning a first node in a distributed network to a first customer; assigning a second node in the distributed network to a second customer; configuring the assigned first node to process network traffic only from the first customer; configuring the assigned second node to process network traffic only from the second customer; processing, by the assigned first node, network traffic associated with the first customer; and processing, by the assigned second node, network traffic associated with the second customer, wherein the network traffic of the first customer is isolated from the network traffic of the second customer, wherein the network traffic of the customers is kept isolated from one another.

Abstract: Improved approaches for media listening amongst different users are disclosed. For example, methods, systems or computer program code can enable users to have a remote listening experience in real time. Advantageously, a remote user at a remote client device can in effect listen to a particular digital media asset that is being played at a local client device of a local user. Media information and/or user profiles can also be provided about themselves and shared with other users.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, system, and computer readable storage medium provide the ability to identify an internet connected household (ICH). An Internet Protocol (IP) address is received at an Internet entity. Determinations are made regarding whether device activity from the IP address does not exceed a defined activity threshold and whether an IP assignment age for the IP address is greater than a defined threshold age. Based on the determinations, the IP address can be identified as belonging to an ICH or not.

Abstract: A cloud network is a complex environment in which hundreds and thousands of users or entities can each host, create, modify, and develop multiple virtual machines. Each virtual machine can have complex behavior unknown to the provider or maintainer of the cloud. Technologies disclosed include methods, systems, and apparatuses to monitor the complex environment to detect network anomalies using machine learning techniques. In addition, techniques to modify and adapt to user feedback are provided allowing the developed models to be tuned for specific use cases, virtual machine types, and users.

Abstract: An information presentation method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining status information for a target message in an instant messaging IM conversation, wherein the target message comprises a message sent by a first user and/or a second user with respect to a target piece of mail, the target piece of mail being a piece of mail shared by the first user with the second user, or is a piece of mail shared by the second user with the first user; presenting the status information on an interface of a mailbox client end of a first user and/or a mailbox client end of a second user on the basis of the status information for the target message. The technical solutions of embodiments can facilitate heightened user interaction efficiency, and improve user experience.

Abstract: Methods and systems for improved integration functions for applications are provided. In one embodiment, a method is provided that includes receiving a request to execute an application. The request may specify a primary container image for the application and a secondary container image for an integration function used by the application. A primary container may be created for execution of the primary container image and a secondary container image separate from the primary container may be created for execution of the secondary container image. The primary and secondary containers may be executed to implement the application.

Abstract: Example notification management systems and methods are described. In one implementation, techniques identify multiple devices communicating using a carrier and identify a trigger associated with at least one of the multiple devices. Based on identifying the trigger, the techniques may apply at least one business rule associated with at least one of the multiple devices. The techniques may further generate at least one notification in response to applying the business rule.

Abstract: In an example, there is disclosed a system and method for providing a service-oriented architecture, including request/response, over a publish/subscribe framework. In one embodiment, a system is disclosed for adding layers upon a publish/subscribe messaging framework for sophisticated messaging such as point-to-point (request/response) and the ability to query for available services, in a reliable, scalable manner.

Abstract: A maintenance support system includes a wearable device that provides an on-site maintenance worker with maintenance instruction information; a plurality of maintenance support terminals installed in a plurality of regions having time differences; and a maintenance management server connected to the wearable device and the maintenance support terminals. The maintenance management server includes a representative selection unit that selects a maintenance support terminal on the basis of representative level information, the standard work hours being fixed for each of the plurality of regions; and a translation unit that translates audio information transmitted and received between the wearable device and the maintenance support terminal selected by the representative selection unit on a basis of a language set on the wearable device and a language set on the maintenance support terminal selected by the representative selection unit.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described for efficient communication of content. A user device may request content from a content device. The content device may determine a browsing context of the user device. A user model based on machine learning may be determined based on the browsing context. The user model may be used to predicted additional content that might be requested by the user device. The additional content or a portion thereof may be sent to the user device in parallel with the originally requested content. As the user device rejects, accepts, or further requests the additional content, the user model may be further refined.

Abstract: Systems and methods for visual cue based messaging. A visual cue module can provide visual cue data indicative of a visual cue assigned for a contact or a group of contacts from a contact list. A messenger module can output on a display a messenger application GUI. The messenger application GUI includes a message field, a message window with a message thread between a user and the contact or the group of contacts, and a virtual keyboard.
