    Abstract: A podiatric insole is disclosed comprising two layers of flexible material sealed along the outer edges thereof and provided with three substantially transverse walls to thereby provide a compartmentalized structure having four non-communicating compartments. Each of the compartments is provided with a liquid such as water and incorporates a unique volume of liquid per unit area of the compartment. Each of the compartments provides the proper cushioning for that portion of the foot which it supports.
