Abstract: A bending press system is disclosed. The bending press system may include: a base; a slider disposed above the base and moving downwardly toward the base or moving upwardly from the base; a curvature die mounted at the base and the slider, and integrated by descent of the slider such that a pipe member inserted in the curvature die is formed to have a predetermined curvature; and a pair of clamping units disposed to be rotatable by a predetermined angle corresponding to the curvature die at both sides of the base, and clamping both end portions of the pipe member.
Abstract: A flat metal aligning device (21) which allows the flat metal entering a rolling stand (22) of a rolling mill to be effectively aligned or centered by using retractable pusher elements to control the alignment and feeding of metal work pieces into the rolling stand, thus avoiding potential damage to the working rollers (2) while reducing the times to produce the rolled products. Moreover, the device according to the invention allows the rolling stand to be supplied with short slabs when they may not be fed by the motorized rollers at the stand inlet, precisely due to their short length.
Abstract: A mold for hot stamping is disclosed. The mold for hot stamping according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may include an upper mold and a lower mold so as to stamp a heated blank having a welding portion. A recess may be formed at an upper forming surface in the upper mold corresponding to the welding portion of the blank and may define a cooling space between the recess and the blank such that a cooling fluid directly cools the welding portion of the blank after the blank is stamped.
