The apparatus includes a handle, an actuator coupled to the handle, and a hook member having a first end coupled to the actuator and a second end configured to engage with a bolt-hole of a door checker. The actuator includes a body, a push mechanism coupled to the body, a pin member at least partially disposed within the body and coupled to the push mechanism, and a locking element radially disposed within the pin member.

Abstract: This invention is an improved painting tool structure, consisting of a body and a knife board. The body comprises a grip part and a bottom plate. The grip part protrudes from the upper surface of one end of the bottom plate, whereas a clamping slot with an opening facing downward is disposed between the grip part and the bottom plate. The bottom plate and the clamping slot form an angle of less than 90 degrees. The knife board comprises a blade part and a connecting part, where the connecting part 22 is obliquely extended upward from one end of the blade part to form an angle of less than 90 degrees, and is to be connected to the clamping slot.

Abstract: A disassembling tool is provided, including: a main body, a screw rod, a screw barrel and a bearing. The main body includes a first end portion, a second end portion and a receiving space. The first end portion includes a through hole. The screw rod penetrates through the through hole. The screw barrel is screwed on the screw rod. The bearing is sleeved to the screw rod and includes an inner ring, an outer ring and a plurality of rollers. The inner ring includes a first base board and a first annular portion which are transversely connected with each other, and the outer ring includes a second base board and a second annular portion which are transversely connected with each other. The plurality of rollers are abutted against and between the first and second base boards and between the first and second ring portions.

Abstract: A dual tire chain block for adding and removing chains to dual tire trucks includes a block base having a front side sloping from a bottom side to a top side to form a front ramp. A pair of chain mounts is coupled to the inner side and the outer side proximal the front side. A capture chain is coupled to the pair of chain mounts. The capture chain extends between the pair of chain mounts to form a U-shape adjacent the front side of the block base. The capture chain is configured to be driven on by a truck to prevent the block base from slipping away as the truck tires climb the front ramp to rest an inner tire on the top side to elevate an outer tire to receive or remove a snow chain.

Abstract: The present invention involves a seed firmer with a pusher attachment that extends the life of the seed firmer and improved brackets for mounting the same to a planter. The improved brackets allow for different mechanisms of mounting seed firmers to different locations on a planter. The brackets have portions for attaching and mounting to the planter, and a housing for accepting and securing the firmers. The brackets allow for better positioning of firmers on a planter, ease of mounting and/or replacement of firmers, and improved firmer functionality.

Abstract: A method for cutting watch crystals along a plurality of contours in a plate of transparent material includes forming a first cut line or kerf to form a first chamfer for each of the crystals of the plate and marking at least one machined recess on a first side of the plate, turning the plate over and marking at least one of the position of the first chamfer and the position of the at least one machined recess, forming a second cut line or kerf to form a second chamfer for each of the crystals on a second side of the plate, and separating the crystals by machining through the plate at each of the contours to form edges of the crystals.

Abstract: A system to lift concrete slabs, objects or other rigid materials comprising a sway and lifting bar, lifting jacks on opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar, slip lifting tube brackets on opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar, and a lifting bracket attached to each slip lifting tube bracket by a chain at opposing ends of the sway and lifting bar.

Abstract: A multi-functional grip tool has a plurality of sockets and a fixing member. One end of each socket has a joint portion. One side of the joint portion is fixedly connected to the fixing member. Another end of each the socket has a driving portion. A circumferential edge of an upper connecting seat has a plurality of upper accommodating recesses corresponding to the sockets. A circumferential edge of a lower connecting seat has a plurality of lower accommodating recesses corresponding to the sockets. When the upper connecting seat and the lower connecting seat are joined together, the sockets are accommodated between the upper accommodating recesses and the lower accommodating recesses, respectively. The upper connecting seat and the lower connecting seat are formed with protruding seats, respectively. The protruding seat defines a receiving room therein. A tool lid is disposed on an opening of the receiving room.
