Abstract: Described herein is a computer implemented method for maintaining a plurality of issues, each issue having an associated rank value, the rank values of the plurality of issues defining an order of the plurality of issues. The method comprises receiving a rank operation request to change the rank of a subject issue; determining relevant issues to the rank operation request; and attempting to acquire locks on each of the relevant issues. In response to successfully acquiring locks on each of the relevant issues a new rank value for the subject issue is calculated and saved.

Abstract: Embodiments include a method for optimizing order fulfillment conditions. Information of an order fulfillment is received, including items included in an order, inventory information of the items included in an order from one or more entities at respective locations, and timeline information of a user associated with the order fulfillment information. A selection of an entity at a first location is determined from the one or more entities at respective locations, and a time schedule associated with the order fulfillment is determined. Conditions are determined that correspond to the entity at the first location and a travel route to the first location, and responsive to determining the conditions corresponding to the travel route and the first location of the entity to be unfavorable for the order fulfillment, a modification is performed on the information of the order fulfillment resulting in favorable conditions for the order fulfillment.

Abstract: Customer relationship management (“CRM”) method implemented in a computer system, including a lead knowledge engine in communication with a plurality of tele-agent stations. The lead knowledge engine includes a semantic graph database with a knowledge graph and a dynamic profiling module configured to identify query tele-agents via tele-agent dashboards to receive internal sales information indicative of product product/service interest and tele-agent experience and expertise. The lead knowledge engine is further configured to query a sales analytics engine and receive external sales information to identify product/service interest and generate target-lead profiles. The lead knowledge engine automatically ranks tele-agents and creates inside sales or expert support teams to support particular products or services, parses leads, and updates tele-agent dashboards.

Abstract: Processes and systems determine sustainability of a virtual infrastructure of a distributed computing system. In one aspect, sustainability metrics are determined based on power usage by resources of the virtual infrastructure. Processes and systems also determine metrics that represent power wasted by idle virtual objects of the virtual infrastructure, reclaimable capacities of resources used by the virtual infrastructure, and one or more recommendations for reducing CO2 emissions and power wastage by the virtual infrastructure based on one or more of the sustainability metrics, the power wasted metrics, and the reclaimable capacity. Processes and systems display the sustainability metrics, power wasted metrics, and reclaimable capacity of the objects in a graphical user interface (“GUI”). The GUI displays alerts identifying objects wasting power and at least one recommendation for reducing CO2 emissions and power wastage.

The method may include identifying deployment characteristics for an operational system based on an architecture of the operational system. The method may also include predicting a volume of new tickets based on the implementation data and the relationships between the implementation data. The method may also include predicting a resolution time for high severity tickets in the volume of new tickets. Abstract: An organizational risk management service includes a risk assessment and mitigation platform for evaluating organizational risk. The service includes interfaces for managing connections with organizational and external systems for intake of messaging that provides information which is analyzed to define risks faced by an organization. This risk is defined by analyzing this messaging and its metadata with a system manager, a rules engine, and a message manager. The service and platform models responses to address the risks faced by the organization, and generates event relays that comprise communications, alerts, notifications, instructions, and other information for registered users, and external systems that enable actions for addressing and mitigating the risk and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Abstract: Systems and methods for optimizing application experiences on devices in an enterprise while maintaining privacy compliance are provided. An enterprise model management service of the enterprise accesses, from a centralized software service, a model comprising one or more rules to be applied to an application. The model is provided to devices of a first cohort, whereby a rule of the model causes an action associated with the application to occur at each device. User metrics associated with the action at each device of the first cohort is aggregated. The user metrics indicate a result of the action at each device. The aggregated user metrics are analyzed, whereby the analyzing includes determining a second cohort at the enterprise. The model is then provided to devices of at least a portion of the second cohort. No user metrics are returned to the centralized software service thus maintaining privacy compliance.

Abstract: Entity scoring calibration includes receiving values for a metric by which to calibrate a reputation scoring model. The reputation scoring model is usable to determine a reputation score. The reputation scoring model to be calibrated is based at least in part on a set of model parameters associated with reputation scoring components. It further includes receiving a plurality of feedback items pertaining to one or more entities. It further includes calibrating the reputation scoring model at least in part by adjusting at least some of the model parameters associated with the reputation scoring components such that reputation scores generated by the calibrated reputation scoring model track the values for the metric.

Abstract: A computer-implemented user profiling system includes a human communication retrieval component which, for an entity employing a business process management system, captures communication data in response to a given business process being implemented by the business process management system. A human task monitoring and contextual analysis component captures user behavior information associated with the business process. A profile analysis engine is also included, which receives the user behavior information and communication data and updates a user profile corresponding to at least one of the users, based on the user behavior information and communication data.

Abstract: A system and method of generating a plurality of actionable insights is disclosed herein. A computing system retrieves data corresponding to a work procedure. Each work procedure includes a plurality of steps. The computing system generates a predictive model for each actionable insight using a plurality of machine learning models by generating an input training based on the retrieved work procedure data and learning, by the plurality machine learning models, a metric corresponding to each actionable insight based on each respective input training set. The input data set for each actionable insight includes actionable insight specific information. The computing system receives a request to generate a plurality of actionable insights for a current work procedure. The computing system generates, via the predictive models, a plurality of metrics for a plurality of actionable insights based on data corresponding to the current work procedure.

The information for the first productivity entity includes either a link to the first productivity entity or details for the first productivity entity stored directly in the productivity entity container data structure. The first productivity entity and the second productivity entity are of different productivity entity types (e.g., an assigned task associated with a scheduled calendar event). By using the productivity entity container data structure to link together multiple different productivity entities of different productivity entity types, computer-based productivity systems are configured to directly access and display information for related productivity entities of different productivity entity types in a unified-view interface.

Abstract: Activity data of a set of tasks as a training set is obtained from a list of communication platforms associated with the tasks. For each of the tasks in the training set, a set of activity metrics is compiled according to a set of predetermined activity categories based on the activity data of each task. The activity metrics of all of the tasks in the training set are aggregated based on the activity categories to generate a data matrix. A principal component analysis is performed on the metrics of its covariance matrix to derive an activity dimension vector, where the activity dimension vector represents a distribution pattern of the activity metrics of the tasks. The activity dimension vector can be utilized to determine an activity score of a particular task, where the activity score of a task can be utilized to estimate a probability of completeness of the task.

Abstract: A method and system capture and analyze information regarding an individual's background, capabilities, and interests into a skills genome. A genome may be a unique structured profile containing a set of skills of an individual. The information captured would reflect the essence of an individual's interests as well as skills acquired over their lifetime. The genome may be used in analysis between multiple users to compare the strength of connections to skills. In an exemplary application, candidates for a skill based position may be identified by the system based on the relative strength of skills they possess that are salient to the position.
