The controller is configured to execute: acquiring a plurality of datasets, each of the datasets being configured with a combination of training data and a correct answer label; and implementing machine learning of an estimation model using the acquired plurality of datasets, wherein the training data includes workload information about an application constructed based on a microservice architecture and resource use information about resources used for each of components included in the application, in a learning target environment, the correct answer label is configured to show a true value of quality of service of the application, and the machine learning comprises training the estimation model such that, for each of the datasets, an estimated value of the quality of service calculated with the estimation model based on the training data corresponds to the true value shown by the correct answer label.

An instance of a blockchain is maintained for each entity group of a plurality of defined entity groups. Further, the instance of the blockchain maintained for each entity group of the plurality of defined entity groups is utilized to manage group membership for the entity group, and control access by members of the entity group to a plurality of services having functionality configured for the plurality of defined entity groups.

Abstract: A method for delivering an audio and/or video content using adaptive streaming to a terminal, the audio and/or video content being segmented into data segments available in various representations with respective audio and/or video qualities, the representations being time-aligned per segment, the segments being further divided into chunks, a controller selects, from a set of candidate caching platforms, the caching platform to be used to deliver the audio and/or video content to the terminal, as a function of a minimum burst transfer duration compared with the chunk duration as defined by an origin server providing the audio and/or video content. The controller redirects the terminal to the selected platform for further delivery of the audio and/or video content in the form bursts of chunks in response to requests for segments.

Device identifiers provided from disparate sources (such as web browser cookies, network IP addresses, device-specific identifiers, application-specific identifiers, custom identifiers, probabilistic identifiers, etc.), including both deterministic and/or probabilistic identifiers, may be analyzed according to the matching algorithm to determine a device identifier associated with the device. More particularly, the disclosed techniques relate to systems and methods for evaluating characteristics of user profiles to determine whether to offload certain user profiles to the GPU for processing or to process the user profiles locally by one or more central processing units (CPUs). Processing user profiles may include comparing the interest tags included in the user profiles with logic trees, for example, logic trees representing marketing campaigns, to identify user profiles that match the campaigns.
